Got the cops called on me by a worker because I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for the bank to open. SMH
Yesterday I went to the drive thru. I sent the container and sat there. A few minutes after someone pulled up in a keep and the teller must have known them. They talked for a while and then they pulled out. I was just sitting there. 10 minutes I waited because I was not friends with the teller. Customer service was horrible. I will drive to Elmhurst as the service is great.
It's absolutely horrendous that this institution will not offer a bank account for somebody like me who has had issues with credit in the past, hardworking American like myself who is just trying to survive is denied a bank account at this institution because my credit was not up to par for their standards, I'm a professional and management and also a radio personality and will love and cannot wait to talk about how evil and terrible this institution was to me!! Shame on you.
Great bank. The staff are super-friendly and the service is fantastic!
They have no Saturday hours or open on the weekend.
