There is so much history in one little space! The volunteers are friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The museum needs a bigger space where it can more logically display the artifacts and can provide information in an easier to understand layout.
This is a awesome little museum. It is small but has alot if amazing history in it. Our son is going on 5 and loves baseball and this was a nice treat. I had the day off so we used this day as a field trip day for school since he is being home schooled this year.
I would give this a no-star review because I live approximately two hours away from this Museum and I came here for some fun and entertainment and I come to see that it looks pretty much abandoned and Google says it's open at 10 and is still closed. False advertising at its best!! I am very upset with all this! If this place is not going to be open then they should put that on Google to let people know that this place is not open for business at this time!!
Super nice staff. They opened the stadium gift store so husband could buy a couple of the local team's shirts. Museum is well organized with a catalog where you can look up players to find their display. Museum represents NC in the major leagues as well as info about NC minor leagues and even a small women's league display.

This is such a unique and amazing museum for baseball. Had the pleasure of visiting it a few years back while I played a baseball game here back in college. Definitely a lot of awesome information!Visited onWeekendWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNot surePrice for adult entryFree
We came down one day early for cage work. Gentleman in the office was kind enough to let us in. Beautiful! Incredible amount of talent played on this field and in great State of North Carolina!!!
Very nice collection of NC-related baseball memorabilia. Was fun to see some of the players you might not of known were from the state and some of the history of baseball in NC.
Almost no one visits this amazing place. Its roughly equivalent to 2 rooms at Cooperstown. And almost every MLB player you can name through history has played in NC and has something here.
