NE Laundry Basket

NE Laundry Basket always goes above and beyond. It's home town ownership with home town attendants who are very attentive and friendly. Weather you self serve or drop off, they cater to your needs. And they also send out dry cleaning if need be. Front loader or top loader, soaps or dryer sheets, all can be purchased. If you're a regular like me... you can save on a wash with a punch card in your name. Multiple washes gets you basically a free wash load. Not to mention snacks and drinks to be purchased... a "play pen" for little ones, and 2 tv's to catch up on shows you may have otherwise missed. Other amenities also such as an arcade game and pinball machine to keep kids busy and entertained. Cash or card, either or... satisfactory in my book!

Helpful and friendly staff, and some of the lowest prices of any laundromat I've ever visited. Only bad thing is they're not open 24 hours. They close at like 7pm

A very clean laundromat that's staffed by a friendly and hardworking crew. They have a number of amenities for while your there. And they offer same day full service laundry services.

Down side... The dryers don't get very hot at all, even if you set it on hot. I spent more money drying my clothes at this laundromat then I do at the Clay Street Laundromat. Also, most of the washers and dryers were out of order, even the bathrooms were out of order, no running water to rinse/wash your hands and the establishment was not very clean either. Unfortunately, I definitely would not recommend this laundromat to anyone. Up side.... The lady that was working was nice and helpful.

I will never go anywhere else, Des is the most friendly helpful person you could expect. The machines work great and the prices are right! They even have a laundry service, that is very affordable if you don't have time to do your own wash.

Great location. Great for kids with a play area. Tons of washers and dries. Clean. Smells nice. Prices aren’t bad. Great customer service. Free WiFi. Vending machines. Not much to complain about

I've been wearing this trench coat for close to two decades, and it never looked as good as it does now that I took it to the Laundry Basket to be cleaned, pressed and re-treated. Prices are fair, service was a full day faster than I expected, and the guy running the register was a pretty cool dude.

Good prices, free wifi, children's play area.

The facility is always clean and staffed with friendly people. They are VERY reasonably priced! Their rewards program is awesome too!
