If I could give lower then a one star I would. My husband went once from a referral from who will be our former eye doctor. VERY expensive for no information. He did make another appointment which he then cancelled. That is when the harassment began. They continued to call about the appointment. He kept telling them that he canceled it and was still cancelling it. They called the day of the appointment claiming he'd "missed" it. Once again, he told them that he'd canceled it at least five times by then. Now, they're sending us letters with large font stating "Failure to follow up... Failure to comply may lead to permanent vision impairment". I'll be reporting them to the BBB.
