So pleased with Larry & Jim at Nebo Auto. I follow carfax and was emailed a list when new make & models I'm looking for come on the market for sale . This sweet ride was found at Nebo Auto in Jonosboro Arkansas . It is better than the photos. Larry was was prompt in answering the phone, communicating honestly, quickly and made this deal happen same day, over the phone ! Jim the mechanic delivered to my door the next day . He was professional, polite , and funny ! A four hour test drive , which is testament to a solid working machine. Can hardly believe this VW EOS is a 2010 model with only 52k miles. Paid full price because it was fair , no dealer fees or delivery fees. so excited about my new car and I'm sure its destined to become a classic!

Do not I repeat do not rent a car or buy from them. My sales rep was Ryan and the day I bought the car it started to run hot and I was 5 months pregnant stranded on the side of the road. My father and aunt had to come and wait with me until they came and had it towed. When it was towed and given back to me the supposedly fixed the issues to air not working and it running hot. Come 4 days ago I take my car to three other car dealerships to have it looked at due to car running hot again and they say I need the same issues fixed again that Nebo supposedly fixed. I went to speak to sales rep and the manager and they basically was like oh well it's my problem. I asked them for copy of things they supposedly fixed and they couldn't provide it. I repeat do not buy from them unless you know About cars. They will sale you anything.

Just bought my second car there. Larry Self was EXCELLENT! No pressure, relaxed, and knowledgeable about the car. This place should NOT be overlooked!

Larry was very helpful in putting us in a car that fit our needs and our budget. Filled out the credit app Friday night and picked up the car Saturday morning.
