Ajub was fantastic in setting up our trip to my girlfriend's destination wedding! My partner and I travel often, and this was our first time using a travel agent to organize and book a trip. We were both very impressed! Ayub was attentive, detail-oriented, had great communication, responded quickly, and often checked in with us. He was even able to book excursions. Ayub was extremely helpful and amazing, helped to ease my travel anxiety especially during COVID. He made sure that all my documents were updated and ready to go especially my QR vaccinations. He took the time to call me before take off to make sure everything was going smoothly and checked in to see if my hotel room was okay, and called me after my trip to make sure everything went the way we planned it. Ayub is an incredibly reliable travel agent. A consummate professional who goes above and beyond. He helped me plan a trip and assisted me with cancelling it and obtaining a refund during the pandemic. He was so great that I came back and had him help my mother and me book another trip with multiple complicated itineraries. Would definitely recommend!
