As a first time home buyer this has to be the worst experience EVER. No customer service whatsoever! Manuela was the name of the lady that had us sign our closing papers and when wanting to ask questions about our contract she specifically stated that her job was to just get signatures and that we should have already known what we were signing. As a homeowner I thought our experience would be better, happier and exciting, but unfortunately that was not the case here. would not recommend this place to anyone. Since I can’t reply to the owner’s comment I will reply on here… the problem here has NOTHING to do with the lender. The problem here is the customer service that was provided from NEEL TITLE. Also, nobody told us our appointment was at 3:30 Manuela herself was the one who called us to go in at 5:30. This reply is to be clear about what really happen no need for apologies. Its just a matter of having better customer service REGARDLESS of the time we were told to show up. As a matter of fact we even suggested that since it was almost closing time we would come back another day since she was rushing through everything and she refuse. All in all just treat your customers better. Thats it.

A very impersonal experience, going thru the closing process, staff disavowing shortcomings on their particular dept. performance. While clearly explaining my needs. and wishes, they continued to work towards closing with no regard to my needs.. I had to reiterate, that is not going to work for me unless. So be careful, just because you asked for something does not mean they will work towards that, close just close, mission $$$$$ driven. As I told the lady,"I don't blame your dept., but Neel Title Company".
Awful customer service, from the receptionist to the closers. Stewart Title is just as bad. I was scheduled for a closing, made me wait over 45 minutes until I got up and told the receptionist, "obviously no one is going to see me, so please advise the closer I'll be in first thing in the morning, and to email the documents." That's all it took for her to come out.
I want to say Neel Title is one of the best Title companies in Laredo, Tx. I've been 6 years in real estate and 100% of my customers have closed with no problem at Neel. I've always had amazing service from Manuela Rodriguez and her assistant Angie Ramirez, they always go above and beyond for my customers and I. When it comes to escrow give Neel Title the opportunity, you won't regret it. Thank you Neel Title for always fulfilling my customers needs when it comes to closing.
