Jim Neely is great, his son Scot not so much. I was in the middle of canceling and he got upset because I was canceling due to the fact that I moved states and hung up on me and told me that I could go to jail. They are not a company I would reccomend. My sister had the same poor experience. They are rude.

I've done business with Jim Neely for a lot of years. If you have a problem that you need some kind of insurance, I recommend him 100%. Sometimes you have to be a little patient as he stays busy and if you need a late appointment, he will stay late to help you.
