Walked in for a quick wax and I was in and out pretty quickly. What I didn’t realise till I left the salon was the lady left me with a pretty noticeable wax burn around my lips. It’s been three hours and it hasn’t gone down despite ice, aloe vera, etc. I have a high pain tolerance to waxing, I have even done laser hair treatments, but I’ve never had such a reaction before. Their prices are cheap but it’s never worth scarring your face like they did today… this is disappointing and sloppy Edit: I saw a dermatologist 24hrs later and she confirmed this is both a burn and that part of my skin was ripped off.

I had a facial here a few days ago and it was the best facial I’ve ever had. The facial massage was amazing and my face looks so clean! I will definitely be going back.

I’ve been getting eyebrows done for a year now since I moved in town. Neetu and another young lady with long hair have been fantastic. Today a new girl that I’ve never seen before messed up my one eyebrow that was in perfect shape. All I asked for was a cleaning. I had a feeling she pulled an extra hair. After looking, I was completely heart broken..almost in tears. Next time I will ONLY ask for Neetu and the other one girl I’m familiar with. 5 stars for Neetu, 1 star for the new girl. I am so, so sad with the outcome. One more thing to add, please clean the hair instead of making people do it and perhaps add lotion to ease the after pain . This is the only place that doesn’t do this.

I wouldn’t recommend this place. The lady who did my eyebrows was extremely careless and so fast, she messed up the whole shape of it. I had requested her to keep the eyebrows full, however she ended up threading it in different shapes. When pointed out she said it’s the same there is no difference. I know how my face is, so paid them and left the place as I was not interested in arguing.

Great place for eyebrows and more however they need a quiet room facial or massage services. Lot of noise, they can't turn off the lights and more. The young woman did a great job but the bed had paper, the lights didn't go off and the TV dialogues were on along with other people talking constantly. The facial was not relaxing:

They did NOT trim the rest of my eyebrows, I payed them to clean my eyebrows and they did not do a good job. I do not recommend going there.

They are really good but the curry smell.inside sophocated me!!

I have a great experience with them. Actually it was my first time and the girls did the amazing job.I have gone for facial, waxing and eyebrows and she done that so well. Moreover, they are easy approachable. I highly recommend this place if someone looking for great quality and services. Thanks
