Pure slum lords, will take your deposit and charge you extra when you move out, even if you cleaned the place. Then send it to collections even if you prove you cleaned it. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. Price is good up front but you pay on the back end. SLUM LORDS. Also the mold. See the holes in the roof

I’ve been renting from them for over 2 years 2 separate apartments. I’ve never had a problem with them. Pay your rent on time and don’t trash their property like a decent tenant and you’ll have zero problems. Very reasonable fair priced rent for the area.

It was good at first then they hired a new maintenance/ manager Monty and he never fixed anything and accused me of messing up things I didn't and I had to pay for them when in my rental contract they were already messed up!

This is the worst rental property to deal with in Wisconsin. I was renting a dump in beaver dam and cleaned everything in the apartment along with given the notice of moving out this April 2020. They have the audacity to send me a complete cleaning bill and rent for not given them a proper notice. I will be taking these guys to court. Please, trust me when I say to stay away from this place. By the way, I rent places in multiple states for years and have impeccable references. This is the case of slumlord vs renter.

I have always paid rent on time, so I haven't had any problems. I have read some of the reviews and it sounds like people are not paying on time or causing damage and that is why they are mad. There are consequences for your actions. My landlord is very helpful and friendly and my maintenance requests are always taken care of right away. I live at the Beaver Dam location and I do not have any complaints with my neighbors or property management.

If you want to have someone tell you how they have two masters degrees but yet all they do is manage a rental property here is the place. Also if you are unhappy with the management do not try to reach out to the regional because they will just forward the information without addressing the problem. Very unprofessional to say the least and extremely rude. As soon as my lease is up my friends and I will be leaving since we all currently rent 5 separate apartments. If you also believe they clean their apartments you’re wrong, I work for a cleaning crew at an apartment complex and we would put these people to shame.

doesn't even deserve 1 star. they suck at keeping up on their proberties well at least the one i stay at. they NEVER answer their phone. and thy obviously hire idiots to do their paper work because they are trying to say we owe late fees when we paid it. they are just money hungry and try to get money out of you anyway possible. don't rent with them!!!!! can't wait until our lease is up.
