We serve the greater Susquehanna valley area with great rates and excellent service. We are local agents with knowledge of Bloomsburg, Danville, Berwick, Lewisburg, Millville, Benton, Nescopeck, Orangeville and beyond. We have private market flood rates as much as half the government rates. Many of the auto and home insurance companies we represent have recently reduced rates. Mark Kohrherr was able to insure my home and home-based acupuncture clinic when no one else in the area was able to find an appropriate policy for me. I know that he had to go above an beyond to work with the insurance company directly. He has always made time for me when I wanted to review my policies and improve my "insurance education" to make sure I was keeping current with my insurance needs and coverage. He recently suggested a new product to me for service line coverage that seemed "to good to be true", but because I trust his good judgment, and the cost was extremely reasonable, I added it to my policy. I was skeptical when I needed to submit a claim rather early into my coverage. There were no hidden loopholes or exclusions in the policy that weren't explained to me. Mark handled the heavy lifting in the claim submission and my claim was covered with zero stress or hassle to me. My experience with Neighborhood Advisors continually reinforces my high opinion of their professionalism, honesty and competence.
