WASTED MY TIME AND MONEY I've been here before in the past. Every time I've made recent appointments I had to cancel. But recently I was able to make the actual appointment. I wished I would've cancelled. The customer service from Dr. Ann Armstrong and her staff was horrible. She was talking about other patients issues with her assistant while in my mouth. She was acting irritated and was very unprofessional. Visit: I told the representative I needed work done on the day of the visit because I was in pain and she said ok. I got there and the doctor said she couldn't do anything a complete waste of time and just money hungry. Again, I definitely wasted my money and time. This terrible customer service is beginning to be normal for some providers. The doctor and assistant left abruptly. I was still laying down and they never came back. I finally got up and took the stuff off me and walked to the front. I asked for all my medical records so I could go somewhere else. This was a horrible experience and I will definitely NEVER RETURN. This place definitely inconvenienced my entire day. I rate my experience -0 and will not recommend it to anyone. Same Day: I had to make another appointment with a different doctor the same day and PAY another exam fee. I'm definitely frustrated with how this place handled business. I also pay out of pocket and this definitely adds up. This is my last time having dental work done in the states. I'd rather go out of the country for dental work. It's too expensive here and customer service is horrible. Note To Whomever It My Concern: The customers come first. If you're having personal and or medical issues you should stay at home. You should never inconvenience someone else with your issues. That's a paying customer. Recommendations: There are better dental offices in the area. Please do research before going to these providers. I called another office before going to Neighborhood Dental and ended up going to the first office I called to have everything done anyway. Trust your first instincts. The customer service and treatment was exceptional at a different provider office. I had to have five major things done. The doctor had other patients but still was able to assist me last minute and even stayed over to complete the job. All the staff had great energy and communication.

Dr. Armstrong is awesome she takes her time and explains everything she’s doing, very compassionate. Her team is awesome too. Thanks guys
This office goes above and beyond. Front desk to medical personnel in the back are all exceptional. They have been Extremely accommodating to my crazy busy work schedule. Dr Armstrong is compassionate and intelligent. I also had to have adult wisdom teeth extracted by Dr Antwon and he was gentle and very observant to my uneasiness. Looking forward, but also not looking forward to further work I need done; however I can’t imagine having my teeth taken care of anywhere else now. I’ve already made this recommendation to many friends and co-workers.
I really like all the people at this office. They're knowledgeable and friendly, and they have a good schedule. I've been to a fair amount of dentists in my nearly 40yrs of life, in several states, and this is officially my preferred go-to dental location.
I love coming here. The staff-always amazing! They treat you like family! Every time I check in, I'm always greeted with a smile. Dr. Armstrong is very knowledgeable. Rachel is awesome with insurance. She is a great go-to if you don't know much about your insurance coverage. The hygienists are awesome as are the assistants! Love coming here! Would def recommend!
I called and got seen within an hour after calling 30 Dentist offices in Guilford county. I know I got lucky, but the service and professionalism I experienced on short notice was admirable and greatly appreciated by not only myself, but also my family. Thank you all for being! Much RESPECT.
DR.Armstrong by far is the best dentist me and my kids are so pleased with her work she's kind I will recommend anybody to her & her husband Dr.bates Rachel is wonderful always willing to help everyone everybody that works there is so kind I am very please her office is clean as well great job Neighborhood Dental.5 for me
Dr. Armstrong is by far the best and kindest dentist I have ever seen! The dental assistants and hygienists are also pleasant and helpful. The administrative staff is knowledgeable and patient. I usually hate going to the dentist but this staff creates such a great environment!
I just want to brag on this place for a few minutes. I have been a long time patient here and I have enjoyed every visit to this office. It is actually under new ownership and goes by Neighborhood Dental now. The new owner and full-time Dentist Dr. Armstrong is amazing! She is so sweet and caring. She answers all of my questions and if I call with additional questions or concerns, she always call me back herself. The staff is great too, including Rachel, I believe she is the manager. Over the years I have seen them tend to elderly patients, patients with disabilities, etc.. and I am impressed with the professional attitudes they have demonstrated. Again, this is an awesome place and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. !!
