My husband and I contacted Neil after going through my husbands work plan for legal assistance. When we spoke with Neil on the phone, informed him of our living situation and the illegal activities that new management was doing to scare us carrying guns, threaten us following myself and children around our community taking videos of us, yelling obscenities, and making inappropriate hand gestures, and falsely accuse us of behaviors to attempt to get us evicted…Neil rudely stated, “Oh, well you can move out, then your problem would be solved”. I explained that I own my home, have made thousands of dollars in improvements, and lived here for over 10 years. He didn’t want to offer help or assistance in any way and continued to tell me to move, then I wouldn’t have any problems. I would NEVER recommend this guy, he is absolutely terrible, has POOR communication skills, and is RUDE!! Do not use!! We informed my husbands assistance people, and they noted in their file Neil’s behavior, our complaint, and other informational stuff.

I speak with Neil about every month or so regarding real estate law and how to handle various situations. He is always prompt with his phone calls, always very professional and also friendly and understanding. His guidance is always easily understandable and it is clear he cares very much about his work and the advice that he gives. He is obviously very knowledgeable about many aspects of the law. Would definitely recommend him with any legal issue you may encounter.

Don't waste time making an appointment. We lost weeks waiting for him to return from vacation just to hear my legal plan didn't pay him more then 6 hours so it just. wasn't worth his time.

I worked with Frank Giaimo on a tenant landlord dispute that has been ongoing for a couple years and came down to some serious legal bouts that needed to be resolved. He was honest and straightforward with the realities of the case, the personal situation, timing, the judge, etc. And he was able to draw from a lot of resources and experience to build a solid defense I was confident in. Ultimately we did a settlement, and I think it went more in my favor than he was really expecting. Neil Siegel was very biased and rude. I wasted $600 for initial research on an attorney who had no respect for veterans. He told me that the war Operation Iraqi Freedom that I fought in was nothing compared to what soldiers went through in Vietnam his opinion. He also insinuated that I was lying to him as he belittled my situation and made me feel very uncomfortable. Even though he told me I had a case and he was willing to take it, I declined his services. I wouldn't recommend him because of his biased attitude and remarks.

Neil and Mark are no nonsense attorneys who advocate zealously for their clients while being respectful to all parties. My experience with Neil and Marks was as opposing counsel and I would consider using them for my own personal legal needs.

I contacted him to discuss Real Estate Purchase Agreement language as well as questions for a personal matter. He was very professional and kind. He even offered his direct number and services personally. Will definitely be reaching out to him again in the future.

So far so good. When you show up to any lawyer have patience the law takes time, listen to their advice they are the experts after all and do your research and have as much information for your case as possible. Have an idea about what you may want and discuss it with them to see if it can be done. You are also always free to get someone else if unsatisfied. Dee at the front desk is great!
