I usually go to the one in Boca Raton. It decided to try it as it is a larger store.Their customer service is very poor. Bought 3 Jeans and was told that I would not need to bring anything when for picked up after alteration, then when I went later for pick up they told me I needed my receipt. The previous salesperson who I bought it with never mention it. In fact , he stated just come in and give them the name.When I picked up the altered jeans, the guy who got them placed them in a bag and never asked me if I wanted the hangers, left them out and gave me the jeans in the bag with holes. Will never come back! For the price and quality they serve, as mind as well do the Outlet .They Truly do outlet service at Bal Harbour location. And now after trying the jeans that I had them altered in the store, my jeans are too short and I thought this was the last time I would visit here.
I needed help with finding a specific shoe that was very hard to get. I was so lucky to get Omar on the other line! He was so helpful and made sure they held the shoe for me until I got there to try it on, even on his day off! He followed up with me and made sure everything went smoothly. Best customer service I’ve ever encountered. Thank you Omar!

Andy and Lorenzo are the definition of hospitality and customer service. My family and I have been treated like royalty each and every time we come into the store. Andy greets us wherever we sit down for lunch on property and makes sure the experience, from start to finish, is at its very best. We always come to him and his team whenever we want the most optimal combination of respect and customer service.
Extremely disappointed with this location. Came to the store on 12/27 and ordered a pair of shoes because they didn’t have my size. The SA assured me I would have it by 12/29. I didn’t receive any shipment confirmation or notification that the item was delayed. I don’t live here full time so obviously I needed the shoes by 12/29. I called the store and they just basically bounced me around between customer service and the shoe department. Neither were helpful, one associate from the shoe department was rude, and I have yet to cancel my order. If the shoes ship, they will be in holding until I come back, which is TBD at this point. While I understand that shipment delays happen, there is no excuse for poor customer service for such luxury items.
Everything in the store is incredible and the staff is very pleasant and helpful. Found a few good buys, but quite a bit of the collections are way out of our price range.
Got stuck in elevator that would not go up. The sales associate suggested trying multiple times, but no luck. This store feels like it's stuck in 2005. The inventory at this Neiman Marcus is limited. This store desperately needs a refresh.
Lorenzo was extremely helpful, made sure I had all my options in front of me and we found exactly what I needed. Really the best service I’ve seen is at this particular store.
