Came by for my first time and I'll need another trip to see the other floors. I was looking for a creed dealer that I could trust and they didn't disappoint. I believe they had 29 different bottles of creed so now it wasn't finding them but choosing that was the issue. My rep was patient and knowledgeable and let me sample many scents before I decided on one. Loved the selection and service I'll update review when I come back and go through the rest of the store.
I love this NM location. Incredible end of season sales always, with a good mix of mid to high end pieces. Helpful sales associates who explain the policies such as when items are final sale and clearly stamp it on your receipt in red so there are no surprises. Great array of items from shoes to beauty and recently secondhand items via a partnership with Fashionphile.
Always a great place to shop. Their staff in any department is usually very knowledgeable about their sections products and are not afraid to send you to another store if they don’t have exactly what you need, which I greatly appreciate as a consumer. My family and I always shop with Walter in men’s shoes/clothes, Geraldine in women’s shoes, and Phyllis in jewelry just to name a few great people.
I wish I could post 0 stars. I was told by the sales rep I could still receive my gift card even if I exchange the same exact bag just for a bigger one. The sales rep said she notified management and contacted the gift card dep to make sure. Been waiting for this gift card since May. Every time I call the sales rep it’s always I have to wait 3 more months. I tried calling the manager no one will call me back. I will never shop there again.
Let's be honest, who doesn't love "Needless Markups"? You can find some pretty unique items here. Just beware, if you're willing to spend top dollar, make sure that product is made anywhere in the world except China, Korea, Bangladesh, Vietnam, India, or any other countries located in the Asia continent. I enjoyed Christmas shopping today with our two grandchildren. We received outstanding service by our new personal shopper, Larry Maloff. He has worked at NM for 30 years and he loves his job. He treated us to champagne while we shopped on the 3rd floor for Mackenzie-Childs furniture. He, too, is a collector and shares our passion for this unique art. We had lunch at the NM café and it was delicious. They have a small but wonderful menu including a good kid's menu.
Do not order anything online. They are horrible and outsource their customer service and delivery service. I have been waiting for over a month and my order still has not arrived. When I call this customer service it is outsourced to another country. They put you on hold for almost an hour and purposely disconnect the call. They are horrible. I will never make a purchase from them again.
Nice store. Had an easy return that they were very unhelpful with. I'll keep my shopping and returns online in the future.
Will never shop here again. DO NOT EVER SHOP FROM ALI. I went in to do an exchange and for some reason he had to do an exchange and put the money on a gift card to reorder. Long story short over a month later my order never came in that I paid for. When I called the store they told me it’s because the item is out of stock and ALI should have notified me. They took my money and I never received a product or communication. Ali is super sketchy and there was no reason for the exchange to be put on a gift card and then reordered. Shame on Neimans to steal people’s money and not provide a product. Ali is super sketchy do not trust him.
Loved the selection and service I'll update review when I come back and go through the rest of the store.
