I have had the privilege to work with Bro Nelson & his staff on many occasions, and I have found them to be honest & very professional! As a matter of fact they buried my mother & brother in law. I am so grateful that we have such a wonderful staff as Nelson funeral services! To not only be there in the time of need but also being there when everyone else is gone. Mr Chip Knotts buried my Aunt Ruby very professional services and so caring. I've known the family for years and they are loving people. Mr Knott's doesn't pressure you into anything he lets you decide.

When I told her of my apprehensions knowing my mother's body would be transported from Philadelphia to North Carolina she assured and comforted me. Every time we spoke Shawann was business like, knowledgeable and patient as I made arrangements for the final viewing and church services. She was never overbearing when making suggestions to help with my indecision. She gave me options and was flexible which was of great assistance to me at a very difficult time demanding clear and concise determinations. Some of the staff is so rude, my father in law dug graves for them for years. That staff was not there then..
