My husband became ill and passed away very quickly. The staff at the Neptune Society handled everything with great care. Everyone was so kind. I felt Ashley and staff had our best interests at heart, and I was very comfortable entrusting them to make all the arrangements for the cremation.
Neptune Society was such a great choice for my grandmothers services once she passed away. They were able to help me out every step of the way with great care. I would definitely recommend there services. They were even kind enough to check in on my well being after all the services they promised were completed. Two thumbs up for their staff!!
I followed my Mom's example and made my pre-arrangements with Neptune Society. My Mom's forethought in having the arrangements in place made my and my siblings process of dealing with all the details of her passing so much easier and comfortable than if we had had to make the decisions and arrangements on our own. I'm confident having my arrangements pre-planned, paid for will make things easier for whoever will be handling details for when my time comes. The process was easy. The representative explained everything, answered my questions, listened to my concerns and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. I chose the biodegradable urn. The urn and the keepsake box arrived very quickly and are beautiful. I have peace of mind and am relieved that even though I don't have any pressing health issues, whenever something does happen I will be well taken care of. I have been recommending Neptune Society ever since the experience with my Mom and continue to now that I have my own arrangements in place.
Watch out for Ashley! Our ordered urn came without the inscription. No empathy, just said "That's the hand that we were dealt". Her options were not acceptable. The delivery of remains were made just hours prior to the scheduled service. Again, no empathy for the situation. My loved one's remains were delivered to the wrong house because she waived the signature requirement on the delivery! It was a nightmare from beginning to end. Her response was, "what do you want from me? You found your delivery!" Only after I asked for an acknowledgement and an apology did she apologize. Very unprofessional. I will never use this organization again.
The Cremation selection process was very easy due to the excellent presentation Ethan facilitated.
Ashley was very compassionate and made a very difficult situation much easier.

I came from out of state to do the arrangements and viewing of my father for his cremation. Danielle was very accommodating and had everything ready upon my arrival. The care center staff did a great job getting him ready and he looked great. Very fast in getting me death certificates and I had his cremains within a week! I highly recommend them!
I was given the Neptune Society as a Cremation Service after loosing my brother in a car accident, I can not thank Danielle enough for the care and help she showed myself and my family. I have never been through something like this before but I can say they are great at what they do. Do not hesitate to contact them for help they are definitely there to walk you through the hard choices during the worst time a family can go through.
The Neptune Society has been such a blessing in compassion, understandment, patience, and support during the loss of my mother. Danielle Davis was beyond sweet and caring. She carried me through the steps for my mother's cremation and even brought my mothers remains to my home in Springfield. I couldn't be more thankful for the entire experience and I can't recommend them high enough.
