I cannot possibly recommend Neptune enough. They were tremendous!! Everyone in their office works in perfect caring team. They are friendly and supportive. There pricing structure was so much simpler than others. I kept waiting for a gotcha because everything was so smooth. I was so impressed because the person who would normally assist me in Tallahassee ended up with Juror duty right when my father passed. They seamlessly transfer me to, Holly, who made it feel like a close family member helping me along the way. Rhonda at the front desk super helpful. I am so thankful for Neptune for helping us through this difficult time. They deserve 10 stars.
I was most pleased to learn that upon my death, my family will be able to grieve without having to think about or attend to any details for my end of life. I am happy to know when Neptune Society is called, they will handle every phase of my end of life, from beginning to end, no matter where I am. My family will have nothing to worry about. My parents pre-made arrangements years ago. When we needed to use the arrangements for my mother, Bill and Rhonda made sure the process was as easy and smooth as possible. I had experienced the pressure to “upgrade” when making arrangements for other family members, and it was such a relief to be treated so compassionately.
Everyone was helpful it's a great plan easy to do the product is beautiful I mean that is one of the most beautiful cases that I've ever seen that holds your picture and the box in the urn and every detail is laid out I couldn't ask for anything better and the price is phenomenal it is so easy to pay thank you so much Neptune society for using my family's mind and their hour of sorrow. Thank you again .
Neptune society made preplanning our funeral arrangements very easy and affordable. We have had family members use Neptune society and we're pleased with the kindness and compassion of everyone we dealt with. Catherine Zornes was very helpful getting us set up.

These people are still bugging me for payment after I canceled while the ink was yet drying on my application. They could save money by not mailing useless bills that I trash on the way to the house.
A simple straightforward presentation without any pressure. They have a few methods of payments and I chose "pay as you go"you have to be paid up before you go ; I would certainly recommend the service to anyone. Thanks
