The Neptune Society and especially Eric have been a God send to me and my family. My mother recently passed and although I thought I was somewhat prepared to honor her final wishes , I really had no idea what I needed to do to get her from Utah back to California where she wanted to be. Eric walked me through the process and was very patient with all of my questions. He even worked with the funeral home in California to ensure they had all the documentation for the required permits needed. Thank you Eric and all were involved. You made a very unpleasant situation manageable for me.
Very impressed with their Service. My parents bought a Neptune policy in California about 20 years ago. My Dad passed away in California 10 years ago and Neptune shipped the remains to my Utah address. Mom passed away 2 weeks ago and Salt Lake Neptune honored her California policy; even though the two Neptune's were now two different companies.
Neptune Society staff was so compassionate & knowledgeable. They took care of logistics so I had one less thing to worry about when my Dad passed. I feel he was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you.
It was time to complete my end-of-life plans so that it would not fall on my children. After getting everything signed and sealed, I breathed a sigh of relief. My sons don't have to make any decisions and wonder if it goes with what I want. Everyone should do this sooner than later! Neptune Society makes it as simple as it could possibly be.
After the death of my husband the Neptune society coordinated the cremation of his remains with the mortuary for me. During this stressful time I appreciated their assistance. I highly recommend them to care for your loved ones after death. I paid ahead of time so all was done quickly and without stress on my part. Thank you.
I’ve known about the Neptune Society since the early 80’s. Now I’m 73 and I have been thinking about the horrible things my kids would have to endure when I die. I’m living in Salt Lake City, UT so I contacted the local Neptune Society in Sugarhouse . I met with Richard Carter ; he walked me through everything and made it simple to understand. I’m the HAPPIEST woman right now, knowing my children won’t ever have to deal with all the documents, etc. when I die!
I have stressed for years about planning my end of life responsibilities but with Neptune they were right there to help me and I am at peace knowing i have taken care of my demise. Thank you Neptune
The presentation was very informative and easy to understand. The host was very helpful and pleasant. Neptune is a great option for those who are not comfortable with the traditional ceremonies and their exuberant costs.
I have used the SLC Neptune Society 3 times in the last 12 months for both family an friends. They showed incredible empathy under these very difficult cirumstances. Erik Mackay was expremely professional and accomodated our families wishes by going above and beyond. Will continue to use Neptune Society as needed. Thank You Neptune for all you do!
Rick Carter sales manager was very thorough explaining the details. He answered all my questions. Rick is professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. I’m so happy to have met him and taken care of my final affairs. I feel at peace now and am sure my son will appreciate having one less responsibility to take care of.
