Do not use! Agents never respond never return phone calls or emails. You will think you have policies and you don’t. I haven’t had homeowners insurance since May never heard anything about it and after being transferred around my agents voicemail is full.

I work at a fitness center. I called one of the male agents to help one of my members with their insurance health reimbursement. They were in the room to witness how I was repeatedly interrupted, he was rude, and kept saying the establishment I worked for was not as good as his which was irrelevant. I also said several times I needed us to cooperate to help the member so that the member would not leave empty handed. He told me to have them call the number on the back of the card and not to send them back to his office. The member said: I bet if I told him I wanted to change insurance then he would want to see me.
