The location is convenient if you have a mall trip planned. It's also convenient if you don't; the boutique is located just inside a mall entrance near ample covered parking. The staff is always AMAZINGLY nice and helpful with determining flavors to try. We actually go out of our way drive 20mins to visit this location rather than just order online, purely for the positive experience. *Update, on our most recent trip, we asked a simple question about available machines and got a WEALTH of information from the employee Meri. She was very patient, informative, and absolutely zero pressure on actually making a purchase. Thanks, again, Nespresso Boutique of Bellevue!
I love the nespresso boutique because it's always fun to try different kinds of pods before buying them. Pleasant, professional workers. Often deliver complimentary tasting of the pod. Efficiently built store. In and out of the door in a matter of minutes. Pods can be recycled from the boutique. The bags they give out are of high quality and reusable quality.
Sad to see so many poor reviews from people who are dealing with virtual customer care… this physical location is 10/10! Even when there is a line the employees try their best to accommodate and make everyone happy. I stopped ordering pods online bc shipping was far too long and Nespresso doesn’t seem too worried about that so I have made a point to drive out to this shop and buy bulk instead. Jorge is such a friendly ray of light, love having his help! He is very knowledgable & kind. Love this entire boutique & being able to purchase pods in person. Located in the basement where Macys home & furniture store is. Hopefully in the future they put out more shops like this so people dont have to wait 2-3 weeks for coffee!
I love this Nespresso store!!! I have recently bought one of their newest machines, and I love it. I can’t say nothing bad about their coffee pods, their all amazing! I was so surprised how tasteful and great the coffee is. Ever since I bought my Nespresso machine, it has definitely replaced Starbucks!!! It has saved me money too. I always love to explore with their coffee pods, and buy all sorts of flavors. I look forward on seeing what new flavors and machines are coming soon. I highly recommend coming to this Nespresso store. Super friendly and professional service!! Everyone was so nice, and helpful. Props to this young American man who helped me and my husband with any questions we had. I will be coming here a lot more!
Unique coffee maker flavor package bar. Very popular in Europe, so tried it. Pretty tasty, but not sure about the long term cost, doesn't seem sustainable. FOLLOW ME for more thoughtful recommendations as I travel the world
I placed an order a month ago and I have never received my order. When I called the customer service to check I got accused of lying and that my order was delivered. Shame on Nespresso….. very disappointing, especially after being a loyal customer for years.
Best coffee in the world. Best coffee makers, single or full and robust in flavor and aromas. All in the basement of Macy's at Bellevue Sq. Treat yourself this Christmas, buy, use and enjoy for years the Nespresso experience, i even have a small one just for me at work. Keurig eat your heart out, and pods are recyclable in a provided bag, just UPS it back and its Free! Great coffee and help save our Mother Earth, it's a WIN!
Good coffee with the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. We’ve had our machine for a while now, I bought it for my wife for Mother’s Day all be it was really for both of us. We’ve tried buying the pots a couple different ways but enjoyed buying direct from Nespresso because you get samples of new products or limited additions, kinda fun to try out. However out of the last 5 orders we have made 4 of them were extremely screwed up. Normally I am not one to complain but this isn’t really a cheap product to have such horrible service with. So here is what happened: Order 1 - We ordered about 11 sleeves of coffee with runs about 115 after tax that’s not cheap. And when our order came there was only 10 sleeves and no free samplers. Not real concerned about the samples but having a $10 sleeve of coffee missing is not okay. Spoke to customer service who said we will send it with the next one. Order 2 - Had the sleeve we were missing but it took 6 days to arrive. Mayes be being in Seattle next to amazon has spoiled me but that seems like a real long time. Order 3 - large order of $135, had some “we’re sorry for the delay” samples and our normal order of coffee. I’m at home and get an alert that the coffee has been delivered. Really? I’m home, haven’t heard a truck all day. Look around the front porch and around the neighborhood thinking maybe it went to the wrong house, nope nothing. Called Nespresso customer service who was very polite but turns out not a great listener. I tried explaining every thing that has happened and she seems understanding and resubmitted my order. Order 4 - But when I go to look at it I noticed she picked the slowest delivery method, it wont be here for 10 DAYS?!?!??!?!?! And the free samples that were suppose to be included from this time and the missing ones last time. So I’m missing product, I wont have coffee for 10 days, and the solution you give me is...”we will make it up to you on the next order.” ARE YOU KIDDING ME? You want me to order from you again? Why? You haven’t had a chance to spit in my coffee yet? This is insane. Good coffee, horrible customer service and follow through, if you need pods order from amazon because then at least you know they can load things in boxes correctly.
2 weeks waiting on my $150 order of coffee. After my order never showed up from last week. Worst of all is the customer service. They pay these people for not knowing when your items will ship. Bad service!
Staff is great! I sampled many times without ever buying a machine. But they got me... now I have one! Their customer service here has always been great.
