Winnipeg's only family centre and store owned and operated by an obstetric nurse, dedicated to you and your family. Our family centre offers education and services for expectant and active families.
We are centrally located and accessible from all of Winnipeg and surroundings areas in Stafford Square (Stafford@Harrow@Taylor). We have over 2000 square feet of beautiful classroom and therapy rooms to encourage wellbeing, as well as a lovely family store.
Classes and workshops include: yoga, bootcamps, baby massage, baby sign language, CPR and first aid, breastfeeding, parenting, etc... The list goes on and on! Also, all Baby Rush classes and services are offered at Nest!
Services include: massage with prenatal specialists, breastfeeding drop-in and 1-on-1 support with nurses and lactation consultants. Emotional support before, during, or after babies. Once again, the list goes on...
