Deciding to work with Elena and her team when buying our first home out-of-state was the best decision we have ever made. In fact, given the circumstances of the world today, we believe that if it wasn’t for her lightning-fast response times, her exemplary communication skills, and her precision attention to detail, there is no way that we would be anywhere close to living in the amazing place that we are today. She literally made the weight and worry of trying to acquire the perfect property from such a great distance in the most highly-competitive market and during a pandemic, no less feel virtually painless. Between her instantaneous and timely jump on getting showings, the detailed videos she took, the multiple inspections she attended and filmed in our absence, answering our numerous calls, texts, and emails, and fielding, managing, and following through on hundreds of details…we’re still completely mind-blown as to how she managed it all so perfectly. Elena handled every aspect of our deal as if she was making the investment herself. She asked questions on our behalf that we didn’t even have the knowledge or ability to ask ourselves. Her openness, willingness, and determination to just grab the ball and run the game like a boss demonstrates the caliber of passion, energy, and confidence you’ll find in a truly great businessperson. She really went above and beyond in every way possible to close our deal successfully, and we will be forever grateful to her. Elena is attentive, thorough, knowledgeable and a pleasure to do business with. The whole listing and selling process was very enjoyable. I felt that I had her undivided attention throughout the whole process. Everything she does is first class. The listing was offered so professionally. I was updated constantly. If you are interested in buying or selling in NC, she is highly competent and very sensitive to the needs and concerns of her clients. Her husband also works with her, which makes things even nicer. I completely trust Elena and the guidance that she offers.
We discovered Elena from her YouTube videos about relocating to Asheville. They were incredibly helpful as we planned our move back East after 30 years living in the West. When we arrived in NC, I contacted her and we started looking for a home to buy. From day 1, Elena was available, accessible, down to Earth, and always willing to provide informed and honest input as we went through the process of trying to decide on which area town, part of town, type of neighborhood, etc. to look in. We ended up renting for a year and then resumed our search in Spring 2022. Elena and her team picked up with us right where we’d left off. Elena, Lois, and Alexey were like family every step of the way. They were infinitely patient, and always available and willing to show us any listings that we ran across or that we saw in her emails. It’s a tough market. On top of that, we changed our minds quite a bit over the months. But, Elena continued to reassure us that every setback or challenge was just part of us getting us closer to finding the perfect house for us. In the end, she was right. We’re in a great home in the perfect location for our lives. I can’t recommend Elena and her team enough. Elena is a topnotch real estate broker and relocation expert! I would highly recommend her to anyone considering moving to the Asheville, NC area. She goes out of her way to be helpful and is highly experienced/skilled at supporting those relocating from out-of-state --- from her YouTube videos, meeting us on our first-time visit to the area and suggesting neighborhoods to explore, going to real estate listings for us once we returned home and sending videos of her visits, to clarifying the real estate process, treating us like family being most concerned with us making a good decision for our needs, rather than how she could make a quick sale or how much commission she could earn, answering questions, and being there as back-up support for just about everything!
