Good place to work here especially for ladies. Very pleasant environment and most of the co workers are decent people. Beginning salary here is $10 for temporary, for full time employees $12.50. Air Conditioned warehouse. At Net a porter they are so many title job. Most of the job rules and salaries good.
Dear Net - A - Porter, I have order 6 copies of the book Ibiza Bohemia from Assouline publisher, my order number is 26974377. I have only received 3 copies of 6 that I ordered. I have sent thousand´s of emails BUT NO ONE answered me!! I feel simply robbed by a BIG company that does not care about your LOYALTY customers I HAVE ORDERED TONS OF PRODUCTS FROM YOU FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD I WILL NEVER BUY A SINGLE THING AGAIN, JUST BECAUSE OF THIS CASE. Also, this made me remind the TONS of books that I received came ALL BEAT UP and Damaged, so I had to lose my time to send it back and not having a perfect product in hand. Ordered a Nomos Club 729 in New Condition. Showed up as used. Horrible business. Avoid.
I've purchased items from Net-A-Porter many times in the past and was very pleased with my orders. I recently for the first time had a problem with an order, so I called Customer service and they immediately fixed the problem. Not only do they have great products, but excellent customer service as well!

Never purchase from this company! They sell returned damaded clothes for full price. the custemer service rep. is rude. the return perid is short. If you are looking for brand name items, go to an online store with physical location.
