Go Chico State! Newer stadium, good concession stands, clean restrooms. Not a lot of shade in the stands but there are "picnic" type areas towards the left and right fields with picnic tables that have some shade. View of the game isn't the best from here but still able to enjoy the game and get some shade.
Great place for a Summer evening baseball game. If you want to escape the blazing sun in the late afternoon be sure to sit on the first base side. Glad to have the Chico Heat back.
Summary: Great time; but eat before going, use the park and pay app to pay for r parking, and plan on waiting for about 20 to 30 minutes for drinks. Fun time, but a bit unorganized for Independence Day event 2018. Parking kiosks were all down except one. There is a way to pay online, but the necessary codes for all sections were not easy to find. Campus police were very helpful in getting that info though once I found them. Concession stands were running out of food 30 minutes into the game, and the BBQ areas were taking an hour+ to get food out. We missed the last 3 innings of the game waiting for food. The fireworks were awesome, and it was still a good time.
This stadium is so much fun. Very clean, comfortable seating. Friendly staff, great service, clean bathrooms. The people who work here are awesome. This stadium always has the best vendor's and great food in concessions!
Me and my family went to watch the chico Heat it was a great game, the stadium was nice and green the bleachers were nice and clean the concession stand was a little expensive but it was still all right overall Nettleton Stadium is a great place to take your family to watch a great baseball team
Great stadium. Really good interactive experience for all ages. And they shoot fireworks at some of there games! They also just won the championship!!! GO CHICO HEAT!!!
This is THE best ballfield in the northstate. From college sports, to summer Chico Heat baseball games, we are very lucky to have a facility that is new, has food and beer, and sits well.
Love the stadium and how it has grown and changed over the years. Great place to take your family for baseball games and fireworks!
All the employees knew what they were doing and made the game that much more enjoyable. My only regret is my little girl and I spent 30 minutes in line for food. Too too long.
Amazing little baseball stadium... gets hot in summer but it’s cheap and the train passing by during games is really special
