This organization does not know how to handle insurance!  I have three insurances, they accept all of them. They told me I would have to pay $400 up front to get the nerve conduction study done!  These people act like they've never handled Insurance before!  The insurance companies I talk to said that they do cover deductibles and but could not guarantee that I would get my $400 deductible back. They said I would probably lose it! Since I don't have $400 to throw away, I canceled my appointment!

I had to have both a NCS Nerve Conduction Study and a EMG Electromyography study. Each can be uncomfortable at best and painful at worst. The tests are what they are. The staff went out of their way to make sure this was as pleasant as possible. James took care of the check-in, Stephanie did the preliminaries. Mr. Muzaurieta took time to explain what he was doing, was compassionate and obviously skilled. Dr. Nalluri was detailed, specific and has the ability to make an unpleasant test endurable - he actually made me laugh. You could not ask for two better medical practicioners than these two gentlemen.  Both are probably the best you could ever have. Thank you.

I absolutely enjoyed my visit! I have seen multiple specialists in the last two years and just beyond in shock of how amazing this office was! From the sweet man who signed me in, to the hilarious doctors who talked me through every step, and to the kind nurse who cleaned me up. Seriously they are what the medical world is lacking which is Kindness, jokes, and actually taking care of you! Made such a not so fun test a wonderful time. I get nervous and panic about everything but they literally kept me busy that I didn’t really focus on the test at all. Seriously can’t thank them enough! I really loved both doctors!

The Dr . and Technician explained what they were going to do . I was amazed with the Electric stimulation that was used on my ankles n feet ! Boy was I shocked when they did my open Palm ! WoW ! They answered every question to my satisfaction ,and yes I would recommend them if needed !

Staff was great, they  Explained the procedure and even graphed the axis on the table paper for me.  They had a busy afternoon and got a little behind leaving me in the room - for an hour. A check-in would have been nice but they made up for it with personality in the end.

My 5 stars are for an employee named James. I have been trying for months to get an appointment for a family member and no matter who sends the fax it is never received. He helped us to get the information over to NeuroDX and set up the appointment.

I had a not so excellent experience here. I'll only say the physician answered his cell phone and began talking to his son about buying gas in Atlanta while the doctor had a needle in my left calf testing my muscle function. They claim I wasn't a patient. I went in on May 11th, at 10:30 am. Dr. Nalluri was my doctor. Shady. I am still awaiting my test results to be delivered to my podiatrist. Ask Denise or James as I spoke to them 4 times in 4 weeks before they actually schedule my appointment.  I got a referral on March 19th and It took them weeks to book my appointment and then it was still almost two months before I saw them even though I begged to be put on a waiting list for a cancellation.  Don't call me a liar. I'm just being honest. I also sent my prestamped comment card to you as well. Do not use this service. Someone needs to investigate this practice. And my last comment is that Denise is not nice and should not work with the public, especially people who are sick and in pain and need compassion because she like this business lack compassion or a general sense of caring for people. I was at 1423 University Blvd S Suite A.

Not sure why others have provided negative feedback as my experience was very positive.  The staff is friendly and professional, the Physician was caring, thorough and totally professional and so was the specialist who performed much of the testing. These are genuinely good people who were interested in my medical issue and who provided outstanding and compassionate care.  If you've never had these types of studies, you should be prepared for some discomfort.  That's just the nature of this type of testing and is necessary for proper diagnosing.  The discomfort is tolerable and was no different from the last procedure I had at a different facility.

James was great doing take in and they made the experience as comfortable as possible.

The Staff here was wonderful, and went out of their way to work me in after the referring doctor's officer dropped the ball.  The doctors have tremendous credentials, and I felt very confident during the testing.  One doctor was extremely compassionate.  I've had these tests done before elsewhere, and this was by far the most thorough.   I would return here again, and recommend it to friends.  I don't know where the negative reviews came from, except that perhaps others were unaware that nerve conduction tests can be very uncomfortable.  I will say, however, to expect a wait.
