I’ll start off by saying the staff in the back have all been very nice. The techs, nurses, and doctors. The woman upfront at the receptionist desk on the other hand is insanely rude. My first visit I approached the desk after waiting 30-40 from appointment time how much longer it would be and she responded rudely saying it’s just her and she implied since I was a new patient and had to fill out the paperwork that it was my fault it took so long in reality it took me 5 minutes to fill the paperwork out. My second visit I was presented with a copay from my last visit that nobody had notified me of. I wanted a few minutes to overlook the charges and she then called me back up rushing me after I had already waited the 40 minutes she takes to get you registered/checked in.
I have been coming to this clinic for almost a year! Waiting patiently for my meds to go thru just to find out very recently that some of the staff will sit on paperwork that needs to be signed and do nothing so I keep getting denial letters for my meds. When I call to talk to someone about it, no one can seem to return my calls. I have to bring it up during appts to which everyone blames the next person or doesn't seem to know what's going on. It's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to sit here waiting in pain for as long as I have because things can't seem to get done correctly or completed. I've talked to my insurance and it's not them, they said they've been waiting for information that they don't receive. Calling my PCM, going to file a complaint and request to go elsewhere. I will add that my doc there was amazing, understanding and was trying to help me. Sad that I will no longer be seeing her because of the negligence on her staffs part.
Was referred here recently by my primary. Waited nearly two hours to be seen and STILL no one came. I gave up and left. Ridiculous. Never again. Stay away unless you enjoy wasting your time.
If I could give negative I would. Nobody ever answers a phone when you try to reschedule then they charge you for a missed visit that you tried to call about. Constantly pushing more and more medication on my daughter that she is not comfortable taking. They discharged my daughter as a patient because she refused to take medication for a type of seizures she's not having and would have made her suicidal thoughts worse. This office was good year's ago, now they just don't care.
Very friendly even in a busy offices! The girls there are always very nice they do their best to help you get what you need while being seen.
I wish I could give a minus 5. They performed a test that wasn't helpful to my troubles, and when I complained they insisted that they be paid for what they did. I see their rating and thought it was a little high
I accompanied my 99 year old mom to her scheduled appointment on time. We waited in the waiting area approximately 45 minutes. I complained to the receptionist about our wait time. The receptionist left the wait area and within 5 minutes we were called. I complained to the nurse assistant about the wait time and her response was that they were behind. No one else was in the wait area.. Once we arrived in the room the assistant asked me about a negative message that was left on their voice mail pertaining to their office, whereas possibly the caller thought she had discontinued the call. I responded that I didn't make any calls to their office that it was possibly my sister. I AM TRULY THINKING THAT THE NURSE ASSISTANT WAS PAYING US BACK FROM THE NEGATIVE COMMENTS THAT WAS LEFT ON THE ANSWERING MACHINE. Any negative comments that was left about this office by my sister was 100 percent true. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE AT ANY EXTENSION WHEN YOU CALL AND THE WAIT TIME THAT WE EXPERIENCED WAS REDICILIOUS. My mom waited in the room. For the doctor approximately another 45 plus and still didn't see any signs of a freaking doctor. At the age of 99 or anyone for this matter should not be treated in this manner. WE LEFT AND I REQUESTED THE CO PAYMEMT BACK. I WILL BE FORWARDING MY COMPLAINT.
I love this office. The professionalism from the manager, receptionists, and nurses is so amazing. First impression is always the lasting impression. I always leave out of there laughing and feeling my best especially when I know I’m being helped by the best in the area
it has been more than a week since the doctor prescribed medicine and also prescribed a scanning. till now nobody from the staff got back to me for getting me appt for scanning and also no prescription reached the pharmacy. It has been more than a week. Extremely horrible careless staff. Doctor is very good and not sure how he is dealing with these careless staff. I even left message to the nurse but no use at all. why the hell they are running the office if they are this careless about the patients that too stork patients.
Have a 4:15 appointment it's now 5:30 still waiting for Doctor. Office is now closed an the doctor still hasn't been in my room. TERRIBLE
