I don’t understand where some of these people are coming from that rate this office and staff with a lie rating. I’ve been going for about three years and I have had an excellent response from the team. I’ve had no problem with people on the phone. And Kathleen F is the NP I see and she is fantastic. She’s very thorough in my exam, asking pertinent questions and reports everything to Dr L’Europa and together they make decisions as to my health after that. I would recommended this office to anyone.
I’ve been coming here since I was 15 years old and as of recent years the receptionist have become extremely rude. Dr. Brecher is great but I don’t look forward to dealing with the receptionists when trying to book appointments or schedule follow ups. It’s an unpleasant experience.
I’ve been going to Nerohealth since I was 12. The receptionists are so rude. I’ll happily go to my original neurologist he moved offices . He used to work here, he moved for some reasons clearly to.
I have had no problems here except maybe for the wait in the waiting room. My first visit I saw Carol Robinson NP and then she called Dr. L'europa in. Carol was very very thorough and went over so many options for my condition. Dr. L was in the room all of 3-4 minutes to listen to what Carol had to say and to ask me a few questions. That was it. I just see Carol now but she also found an underlying condition of mine as well. I was very thankful as it could've been much more serious had it not been found.
Carol is competent, but rude. Everyone here is rude. They act like scheduling you an appointment or giving you a call back is a favor. 2022 is the year I stop seeing RUDE medical practitioners. Being even just a little bit sensitive towards patients you know have chronic pain conditions would go a long way.
I'm literally crying laughing about how much money in Brown Med referrals you all just lost today speaking to and treating my disabled fiance and I like trash I was there and I saw and heard absolutely EVERYTHING. I'm well versed in medical billing and you might want to train your front desk and whoever came out clapping at us as well, best of luck!
I am surprised to see that Neurohealth is only rated as 3-stars as of the writing of this review. I have been going there for almost a year now and have only had positive experiences. I see Nurse Talia and she has been wonderful. She always listens to everything I have to say, answers my questions, and takes my input into consideration when making decisions regarding my treatment. The staff on the third floor where my appointments are is all very courteous and helpful. This includes the check-in receptionist and especially Amy who schedules my appointments and battles my insurance company on my behalf! I recently had an EMG and was terrified beforehand about the procedure. The EMG tech, Roseann, was an absolute angel. She was super nice and made me feel extremely comfortable. I really can't say enough good things!
Had a mix up with appointments but was still able to be fit in the same day. Sandy doesn’t mess around and takes your comments/questions/ concerns, tells the doctor and they get back to you so quickly. If not the same day a day or two after. I called and was a total mess and Dr. Brecher is always the kindest best listener and makes you feel like you’re cared for as an individual not just a patient. Waiting on a medication to get sent to the pharmacy but that’s just a computer glitch, I guarantee it will be there in a day or two. If you need a neurologist this is your man and Sandy is the woman! I hope they see this because they truly are amazing at what they do and make a seriously positive impact on their patients lives. Thank you guys so much!
My wife has a chronic condition that can become very serious if not properly monitored on a regular basis. After an outpatient appointment in January, she has been calling this office non-stop to try to get in contact with her neurologist to schedule a follow-up; no response. Never got a call back. Only to find out through her primary care that she "missed a neurology appointment" at this office, even though she was never told she had one scheduled, never received an appointment reminder, nothing. She called to discuss this "missed" appointment and failed to get a response again. This practice is an absolute joke that does NOT care about their patients or their well-being enough to answer the phone or call us back.
I have no problem with my doctor. The customer service on the phone is some of the worst I have experienced. I talked to management Karen and they obviously did not care. They have a call center handle all incoming calls, and they do not screen them. The people at the call center are highly unprofessional, and take joy in insulting customers and placing them on very extensive holds. I am asking for a referral. These people make too much money from us to be treated in such a fashion. Shameful.
