This place, I have put ON NOTICE! I drove my client and her daughter to this office for a medical appointment. I couldn't quite understand why the receptionist Betty was so curt, and nasty to them as they were getting caught up on their billing and registration. They finally were called to the back to see the Dr. After waiting for an hour. Then everything literally shifted!!!! I was sitting in the corner of the office, NOT in site of the front desk. A patient came to check out with Ms. Betty and she proceeded to talk to the patient about my client and her daughter. This is a true story!!!! She complained to this patient that no one is aware of what she has to go through in servicing some people. Betty continued on talking about the outstanding bills that my client has not properly paid as of yet. How my client and her sister always seem to give her a hard time when they come for the appointment. She also complained how my client used the bathroom and did not even flush the toilet. She also mentioned that my client should go to another clinic and spread their "joy" somewhere else. I was appalled and proceeded to record in my phone all that was said by Betty. The patient that was hearing this looked super uncomfortable and she tried signaling to Betty to pipe down because there was a member of this clients party, which was myself, still sitting in the corner. But Betty never picked up the hint!. I did not make a scene and just patiently waited for my client and her daughter to return. After their visit. I took the daughter to the front desk to bring to Betty's attention her "faux pa" and Betty was nowhere to be found. We waited and waited. Finally I had to call out for assistance. Betty was actually hiding next to the copy machine, scared to come to the front desk. I proceeded to tell her that I was not a member of my clients family and that I was sitting in the corner, listening to everything she had to say to ANOTHER patient regarding my client. Betty started to blush and actually turned pink! She began to deny to my client that she did not say anything negative to another patient. I read to her all that I had recorded and she kept denying, out of embarrassment. Betty was out of line, and out of order for complaining regarding her patient to another patient. I then told Betty that my client is a paying "guest". Betty said loudly, "They are not guests. Guests are what you find at Italian Oven restaurant. They are patients, not guests." I felt now more sorry for Betty then upset. Here in America, any person that walks into an establishment for any type of service, is considered a guest before they are anything else! These are fundamental facts! Then when I noticed how slovenly dressed Betty was, with her dirty blue jeans on, I realized I was trying to reason with an unreasonable lying employee. So unprofessional! Then I found out that she is the WIFE of the doctor. What???? What kind of establishment are these people running here?This is unacceptable behavior! Frequent this place at your own risk. There is no home grown training being practiced here. Betty was acting self entitled, unprofessional, be prepared to have all of your personal information to be leaked out to other patients and be prepared to leave this place in more pain then when you first entered! ‍ This is a true story, in which I have nothing to lose nor gain in retelling it. Just beware and enter this place, as a PATIENT at your own risk!

If I could give this place a negative 5, I would. Called to schedule an appointment for my 82yo father and 1. it took a month and a half to speak to someone. 2. The person on the phone accused me of treating and bulldozing because I said I MUST be at the visit with the doctor and I'm not vaxed.... THIS PLACE IS A JOKE, Not just to the medical community but the local community that needs a good neurologist. RECONSIDER GOING TO THIS PLACE AND FIND A PLACE THAT WILL TREAT YOU WITH RESPECT.

I really don't know why but I was force to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours while patients that had appointments after mine was seen. I had to get up and go to the front desk to ask if they forgot about me because I ask the patients that went before me the time of their appointments a d that all stated a time later than mine. After I brought this to the receptionist attention she told me that the doctor has all the files and he decides who to call next and then she stuck me in a back room to wait another hour. SMH I am a black 61 year old female. I feel that i was treated very badly. After another 1 1/2 hour, I got fed up and left.

DO NOT GO HERE! It’s very unfortunate that the receptionist is not only condescending but she is prejudice and rude for no reason. I had to call the police on her because instead of allowing to pay $40 for copies of MY medical records she wanted to argue with me about why I couldn’t not pay on my bill in previous times. I told her i am aware and I will make arrangements. She refused to proceed with the process of obtaining my medical records after being asked several times to stop interrogating me and allow me to pay for my records. She made several rude and judgmental comments about me being out of work for months due to my medical condition. She said I don’t pay taxes, she said the dr wasn’t responsible for taking care of my kids. Where that came from I don’t know! She obviously has a personal dislike for someone she doesn’t even know. It is illegal for someone to withhold your medical records. I was so shocked by the things she said to me just because I couldn’t pay more than $40. Very hurtful. She even argued with cops and they were disturbed by some of the things she was saying and asked her several times to let me pay for my records so I could leave and she was getting smart with them too. I will NOT being going back!

Terrible experience... if I could give a negative score, I would. Do not visit this facility.

B prepared to wait!! There is a lady that has been here since 11:30, its almost 2 & she has not been seen. Pretty scary! Would I recommend? Haven't seen the dr so can't say much about him. THE WAITING REALLY SUCKS!!! I hope the service is better.

I havent had a problem with this place people judge it off the lady at the front but she just has a dry personality and once you get use to her she likes to joke. Other then that I've been at worse places where I had to wait over 3 hours to be seen.

They will only see you if you’ve been vaccinated for covid.

Doesn’t deserve 1star. Dr. Kulani was rude, cold, dismissive of my symptoms and feelings from a head injury at work. And his hands during exam were always cold as ice. Ice King, and I will never go back there if he is the last neurologist on earth

Dr. Kolanu was informative and very helpful. He has been treating my vestibular migraines for the past year.
