This company acts like people are only in pain between 8am and 5pm Monday through Thursday. To talk with anyone beyond the front desk you must make an appointment. They will not make same day appointments even if some are available Terrible business plan.

Wow what a bundle of bad reviews... I was referred here for shots and not to expect any meds to make me feel better, Doctor is scared to Death to prescribe anything better then industrial Aspirin.. so thanks to Google reviews I passed wasting my time. And found a confident Doctor that made me 100% was like Christmas when I left...
Do not bother calling these clowns. On hold forever and then hang up. 10 tries over 3 days. Totally unprofessional!
Dr Rock rocks - and I have no issue with him, but the office staff are a waste of space and the office is utterly chaotic. If you try to call it takes about 25 minutes of wait time to get to speak to anyone, then they transfer you to someone else resulting in more wait time and sometimes a disconnect. If you try to leave a voicemail for a call back you will hear "mail box full - good bye". Dr Rock ordered MRI's 6 WEEKS AGO and # WEEKS AGO I called to find that still no one had processed the authorization request to my insurance company. Today after 6 weeks I find still no authorization request has been made by Dr Rocks staff, who are letting him down big-time. If the office is too busy stop taking new patients or get more staff in to do the job properly.
I did not want to even give him, that one star. Front office staff is nice but Dr. Rock is a different story. Believe the reviews!!! He didn't seem very friendly at all. I wasted my time going there. After almost and hr. visit he says, he doesn't have my records and he'll write a script for my neuropathy and know pain meds. I called my doctors office and they told me a date and time my records were sent to him. My PCP is referring me to someone else. So I will be doing the paperwork to fire him as my pain management doctor. Trust the reviews.
I am a patient with the office and have called multiple times over the course of a month to find out if my MRI results had come in. I left several messages for the medical assistant who is supposed to call patients back but never received a call back. Finally I had to choose the "new patient" option on the phone in order to schedule a follow up appointment and then get manually transferred over to the office. Then I find out that the office did in fact have my MRI results, but they never called me about them!! Such a waste of time. Don't go here unless you have to
Don't go here. There's a 25 minute wait time to have your phone call answered. The front office staff are unprofessional and unfriendly and have stalled me in the waiting room so long I have missed my appointment. You will only see an actual doctor once, after that you will just see his assistants. They have no empathy for your pain and don't take your concerns seriously. If you ask questions they will become very abrupt with you. For the most part you will be treated like a junkie and not a patient. Even if you come in with paperwork from other doctors stating you have serious injuries or illnesses, you will be prescribed the bare minimum of medication. I have been brushed off, told I had no proof that I was in pain or had an illness even though my other doctors faxed them the info. I will be looking for another pain management office ASAP!
Have been going here for the past 1.5 years seeing Dr Rock for the first visit and then his PA afterwards. The first procedure went ok and afterwards I needed it done again 6 months later nerve radio oblation. The second time did not go as well, as the nurses in pre op seemed rushed to get me prepared and once I was taken back the procedure was started. A short time after starting I woke up with needles still I'm my cervical spine and them yelling at me to stay still. Dr. Rock, still continued the procedure even after I told him what he was doing was causing extreme pain. It was not till my legs came up off the bed when he stopped and let the anesthesiologist try and find another vein to out a IV in as the first one was not done right. It took 4 more attempts for him to get a line in and put me back under. After coming out of it no one said a word as to what happened nor apologized. Not knowing any other Pain Docs I stayed and after speaking to Dr Rocks PA I decided to continue my treatment . Now fast forward to the most recent treatment which the PA set up after putting me on several medications no pain meds. After waiting several weeks to schedule the procedure it was set up for following week. That Thursday I was called like usual and went over the pre op items like always with me asking about taking the meds that the PA prescribed on the last visit. The person on the phone stated IT WAS FINE TO TAKE THEM UP TILL 6 hours prior to procedure. That morning up early and off to the worst neighborhood I think in Vegas and after filling out all the paperwork, I was called back. First thing out of the nurses mouth is when was The last time you took the meds that PA put you on. When I told him yesterday morning, he said he would have to talk to the doc to see if he could do the procedure. Without any response he left and I again waited 20 minutes for him to come back to tell me I would not be having it done today as the medication that I had taken had to be stopped for at least 3 days. I told this nurse that I specifically asked about that medication and that they should have known I was on it as they put me on it. He said nothing just that it was not happening today. Needless to say I left and told them I would not be returning as I find them very incompetent and do not trust my health in their hands. The meds I was on I was put on by them, my wife had not even put it on the meds list yet and when I was completing the forms that morning I forgot that med and my wife reminded me, what if she had not done that. I am supposed to put my life in the hands of people who don't even keep records of what they give you to take. I would not recommend this place to a enemy yet alone to any one I liked.
