I have dealt with Roger and his team for years. I have referred many people to his place of business and all have been happy with their service. Yesterday my 2021 GMC 1500 with only 18,000km had the front end catastrophic failure as per the pictures. GM said that, even thought it's a silent recall for the upper ball joints to fail, they will not warranty it because I changed my tires one size up/half and inch taller and it would be at least 2 weeks before they can even look at it if parts were available. I had my truck dropped off at New 2 You today and they will have the whole front end redone by tomorrow. I don't post reviews unless they are incredibly positive. Deal with these guys and you will be well taken care of. Thanks to all at New 2 You
Awesome awesome awesome. The owner Roger is an awesome guy. Takes all the time to take with you and give you recommendation. No up selling, straight forward. All round best experience and will be bringing my fleet of vehicles to get tires! Update. Top notch once again! Roger and Jamie set me up with a beautiful set of rims and tires for my dually! Couldnt of asked for better service and selection! It's great to see a place that has patients to show you options in detail and not push certain products. You will never walk out of this store with regret, just wants lol

So I am a repeat customer at New t 2 you Tire and last year I bought new snow tires and new aftermarket rims for my Lexus and they were great but I sold the Lexus and bought a new car I asked New 2 you tire will these rims fit my Ford Mustang GT and they said absolutely they could have taken the opportunity to sell me new rims but instead they just told the truth and when I checked by putting the rims on they were 100% correct I don’t have to buy new tires and rims the rims from the Lexus will fit the mustang just fine I will definitely go back to them for more products

These guys went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out! I had purchased a bad set of wheels elsewhere and they found the issues and came up huge to help me get this dialed back in. Everyone in the shop was amazing, personable and knowledgeable and I would highly recommend this shop to everyone! Roger the owner was one of the best people to deal with and I have so much respect for his company and all the guys behind the scenes that came together to help me out. Beyond 5 star service!

Rang them up at 830 asking to repair the nail in my tire, was told to just come on in and they’d see me. Got there at 9:00 out by 9:30 with my tire repaired and under $50. Great, honest service. Highly recommend! Thanks again guys :
