Wow, such a great shopping experience here!! Mr. Jeff started off by taking my foot measurements. He was charismatic, witty and showed me the great shoe selection for women’s running shoes. Jerry did such a great job at making sure I was OK my shoe size and shoe fit. Clint greeted us with a great smile made sure we were doing OK and even showed me different colors in the shoe I was interested in- which was a very great selection. Kai did such a great job at returning the many shoes I tried on very quietly, made sure, the store was nice and neat. My overall experience was great it’s hard to get good customer service nowadays especially with the pandemic and inflation etc.. It was totally refreshing to just go somewhere with genuine people - providing outstanding customer service-and these shoes are amazing!!! Kudos to this location and the people working there. I usually go to Dick’s Sporting Goods for my running shoes. I’m so glad I found this hidden gem. This will definitely be my new running shoe store 10/10 stars if I could! Thanks Clint, and everyone else who helped me find the perfect fit. I can’t wait to run in these!
HOWARD !! I will literally only return to this store for him. His customer service is impeccable! He brought out plenty of options, although the children’s line is sparse, and made great recommendations. He was one of the sweetest people we have ever met. If I could give more stars I would.
Howard was AMAZING!!! He took the time to find out ALL the specs on my feet to find the PERFECT pair of sneakers to match my feet and needs. It means a lot to have someone take their time and have so much knowledge about the products to give the right selection so I can be comfortable and happy with my purchase! He made me feel like I mattered and not just another sale!!! Would highly recommend this location!!!
Salesman Corey Russ was very professional and knowledgeable about New Balance footwear. Corey took time to explain the differences of several shoes and helped me to find a perfect pair of shoes. They felt so good. I will definitely come back to this location and hopefully Corey will be there to assist me again.
If you’re looking for new athletic shoes, seriously, come here! Corey was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the product. I came out knowing more about my feet and the purposes of different types of shoes. I got a personalized experience and am so thankful for Corey’s help.
Clint and Miguel were literally the best people I’ve ever met in my entire life. I just got some new shoes for college and they helped me with the college discount and I don’t normally ever do stuff like this but I HAD to after working with them. Please give them a humongous raise please please please I’ll literally only come back for them
Unbelievable customer service. I honestly haven’t had a store or company go to the lengths this new balance location will go to satisfy a customer and correct errors which are frankly outside of the store’s control. Very refreshing and a fantastic shopping experience. I am very happy with my purchase.
Friendly staff who are all very knowledgeable in running. My son 11 y/o and size 6 shoe has a very wide toe box so we were able to find the right pair here. We were referred from the Fleet Feet store!
I will like to thank you shop staff they help me a lot mean lot they change my shoe and gave me the best shoe of my life . Monika was hell full and Clint Fisher . Good service and helpful suggestions for leg pain people .
Stopped in for a somewhat odd request and was pleasantly surprised at the outstanding customer service experience. Definitely returning for my next shoe fit and purchase!
