Great experience buying non-slip shoes for work. The salesman was very patient and I ended up buying the shoes he recommended. I felt a little silly having someone put the shoes on my feet- but it is nice to have personalized service nowadays!

Stopped in today looking for a good leather walking shoe. Young gentleman who waited on me was obviously not interested in helping. Very . Thought this is was the go to place for people who need a better quality shoe and and special fittings. There products are not cheap but I was willing to pay $150 for the right shoes. Left empty handed. Will not go back.

I found customer service to be poor. I bought a pair of shoes full price was told a store in the Pittsburgh area had the size I needed and they would be sent to me in a couple of days. Two weeks later I called and inquired about the shoes and was told they had to be ordered from the company but they amazingly had been delivered to the Altoona store the same day I called in to check on them. I was assured they were being sent out that day. Three days later I called the store again and was told the shoes were never picked up and they were still at the Altoona store. I drove to pick them up and whoever waited in me didn't introduce themselves nor said anything about the inconvenience. Not even an apology!

Fabulous styles and impeccable service. There is no better shoe store. I live an hour and a half away. The trip is well worth it.

Shoe service like this is unheard of today! Very knowledgeable about the proper fit for your foot. Nice variety of styles! Andrew is an expert and was willing to accommodate by ordering styles from other stores. Great customer service!

Bought a pair of shoes. Really hit or miss. If you get the right person, great customer service! If you get one of the young guys, you get a ton of attitude and it’s the worst customer experience. Super rude!
