Dr. Petersen is hands down the best dentist I’ve ever been to. I have extreme anxiety. He alleviates my anxiety every time I step into the office by talking me through everything he is doing and being so gentle! Today I had 3 fillings and a tooth extraction. Dr. Petersen is quick but efficient. I was there a total of 40 minutes if that! I’ll always recommend this practice. Overall great experience from the front staff to the back!
I highly recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry. Michelle is the greatest dental hygienist, and Dr. Ross is so kind, professional, and caring. I have had limited experience with the other dentists but when I have they have all been fantastic. I personally am not fond of going to the dentist, but they really put you at ease. They also keep their office super clean, and their equipment is top-notch.
I had three cavity and fillings done. Service was great I was in right on time. They had me done and out of there in a half hour. The dentist and assistant knew exactly what they were doing. They work very well together they don't even have to talk and they know what their job is. I am very satisfied
I must say that my first time experience with one of the hygienists was not good. However, after expressing my concerns to the manager, I decided to not let that one bad experience determine the overall service I desired. Glad I followed my feeling and gave them another shot. The doctors and new hygienist were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Thank you, Michelle for your kindness and professionalism. I trust their expertise and highly recommend New Baltimore Family Dentistry!
Very pleased with the whole experience. They made a new patient appointment for myself and my husband quickly, and explained clearly what would be done at our initial visits. We were able to get in and have our cleanings with Amanda who was super sweet and were advised of future work that needed to be done by one of their wonderful dentist. I've worked as a dental assistant many years ago, so I know what to expect. However, I'm still super nervous about my own care. I was WAY overdue for a dental appointment but they didn't make me feel bad for the lapse and just said it was great I was there now. They put my mind at ease and it was a very calm, kind expereince.
Cannot thank them enough! I'm a new patient. I was experiencing major pain that wouldn't go away. Called Monday, was seen Tuesday! Front desk very friendly, awesome staff! Dr Petersen was friendly, and kind. I'm happy to say I'm feeling much better! I highly recommend this practice!!
Both my husband and myself had the pleasure of our first visit with New Baltimore Family Dentistry. The front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. The waiting room was clean and quiet while we filled out our paperwork. My hygienist Morgan called me in first and we proceeded to a light, bright and airy office where she proceeded to enter my info into the computer. She was friendly as well and I felt very comfortable with her. My comfort was important to her and she even gave me a small pillow to elevate my head while she worked on me. The cleaning was painless and thorough. I met with Dr Peterson before Morgan began her work, after my xrays were taken. He examined my mouth and he discussed his findings with me. Dr Peterson also welcomed me to the practice. My experience with New Baltimore Family Dentistry was a good one and I highly recommend them.
The staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a less than favorable experience at another dentist and trying to charge for services my insurance didn’t cover. They were able to see me and clarify the services that I actually do need. And all covered by insurance. I definitely recommend!!
My Doctor was great, the dental hygienist was great and they get you in and out quickly. I received great care, every staff member was polite and seemed to care about me as a patient. I also received a follow up call the same day to ensure I was doing okay which I really appreciated. I am sorry I didn’t come in sooner.
So very grateful for the kind working employees here. I want to say thank you to Dr.Spencer and Marissa for taking the time to listen to my questions/concerns & making me feel confident and comfortable in the work that they have done for me. I suffered with panic and anxiety when going to dental appointments but after making the switch to New Baltimore Family Dentistry that has finally passed!! Thank you !!
