New Beginnings School of Cosmetology has been in business since 2004 and is owned by Jerree Winn. Jerree is an American Board Certified Hair Colorist and has been doing what she loves since 1981.

Our mission is to consistently bring you the freshest styles and ideas, by keeping up with the current trends and constantly educating ourselves about the best practices. All of our stylists support one another in their personal strengths and goals within the beauty industry and the community. Our Philosophy
The basic philosophy of education and training upon which our school operates is that each student has a talent, large and small, when he/she comes to us for training in the field of his or her choice, we assume the responsibility of discovering and developing that talent in order that the student, when full trained, might become a happy well adjusted person in his/her chosen profession.
In our clinical work, we encourage each student to develop some creativity with their patrons in order to make them happy with their appearance. Our clinical work is considered a very important learning feature in the school, providing learning experiences under licensed instructors.
