SLEEP STUDY- Staff was Awesome! Just turned 6yr old Autistic didn't know how he would react to the wires all over head, nose and toe. With YouTube I was able to show him what to expect. Staff helped explaining to him White fishnet for head was like "Spiderman's Web" and I told him sticky goo was like Vaseline. The room was Perfect! Bringing pillow and blanket from home helped for more at home feel goo might get on pillow case but with some shout came right out In morning I wiped some of sticky goo out with tissue and warm soapy water. I can only imagine process for long hair/but with shampoo conditioner it will eventually come out. After all it's the Sleep Study thats Important.

Love this place! They are so kind!! They explain everything to our children to make them feel as comfortable as possible. Love this sign in their bathroom. I need it for at home.

We only go to this location for services for my kids, unless we are told to take them to Children’s ER. We have been there for x-rays of a broken hand for my son, and a severely sprained ankle for my daughter. We have used their services for spiked fevers, stomach issues, strep tests, and other urgent care needs. Their Covid Vaccine clinic was smooth and well planned. Our children go to one of the pediatricians on the second floor there. No matter what the reason for the visit to this clinic, I have always been greeted at the front desk with professionalism and kindness. Again, we won’t go anywhere else.

We love taking our kids to see Dr. Weiser and the rest of the ophthalmology team at the Children’s clinic in New Berlin! The location is easy to find, right off the freeway and parking is ample and accessible. We usually check in through MyChart which makes i person check-in much faster - they usually just verify your check-in information. What I love about taking my kids to see Dr. Weiser and her staff is that they do everything they can to make my children feel safe and comfortable while my kids are in their care. They always make an effort to connect with them while they run their tests. They let my kids look at their instruments and talk with them throughout the whole process.

Had to take my daughter here for a heart murmur to be looked at. I have a medical condition that makes me not be able to wear a mask. And this location made such a big deal because I didn't have a note or proof that was good enough for them. Ah a abluteral inhaler isn't enough proof??? Or the fact no one wanted to go into mychart to look at my linked file with childrens for my medical condition. Instead i was discrimated against. It literally came down to I had to reschedule which just would have put me in the same situation another day. Or I put a mask on and LITERALLY risk MY LIFE to get my daughter in that NEEDED to be seen. I finally told them after talking to the manager that I will put a mask on but they need to have a nebulizer on standby if I had and attack. Next thing I know they where going to make the exception for me and put me in a socialed room with my daughter. My daughters appointment was at 11:30 and we didn't get in until after 12 because of this issue. The doctor was get he was informative, great, and nice. I wish the whole experience was different I mean I was in tears trying to decideif it worth trying to rescheduleand drive a half hour back home or risk my life for my daughter. And with being a single mom it doesn't make it easier because I have no one else to take her for me. Yes I understand this location deals with a range of kids with medical condition that range from minor the sever. But I shouldn't had to feel discrimated against because of my health condition and the fact I couldn't get a note because I am in the middle of waiting to see my new primary doctor. So future note for anyone with a medical condition that cat wear a mask. Please make sure to got a doctors note or your medical history. Because children's is going above cdc guidelines and adding their know requirements on top of cdc guidlines.

I took my son in for allergy testing, recommended by his dr, I prepped for the long appointment and followed the recommendations for prep and what to bring. When I got there I was told that since I didn’t know what was causing his reaction that they weren’t going to do any allergy testing. If I knew what he was allergic to I wouldn’t have needed the appointment for allergy testing. He didn’t even see the doctor he was scheduled to see and saw a nurse practitioner instead. I don’t have insurance and am now responsible for an insane bill to be told to put lotion on my son twice a day. I was mislead when I made the appointment and deceived into bringing my son in for what I thought was allergy testing only to be told useless information and not to worry about it. I am so disappointed with the clinic and the deception that took place.

Stay away from Children's Specialty Clinic/Medical College Physician if you are going there to see a specialist since they won't tell you that they only code bill to your insurance as outpatient, so you will pay $523 vs. $60 co-pay. Insurance says facility coded it wrong, should have coded as inpatient specialist; Children's says they bill all their services at this facility as outpatient. So, if you are going to see an allergy specialist, like I did with my daughter, you should know ahead that you will pay more than expected, and no one seems to care other than they will let you know that they will send your bill to collections if you don't pay it timely.

The worst place you can take your child to. Staff was ok nothing impressive, they should do better. Hospital dirty, as a children's hospital you would think they would be up to date with their equipment but nah. They misdiagnosed my 9 year old son eyes, his prescription was completely wrong which his eye sight worsened instead of getting better. I wouldn't give them even one star

The clinic itself is ok, but don’t bother with an online reservation or e-check in. Totally meaningless as just confirmed with the staff. I checked in with a receptionist when I arrived for my appointment time, and watched everyone else in the waiting area cycle in before us before being told that I have to check in, even though I had already talked to them…? Go somewhere else if you have the ability.

The staff has been friendly and the nurse practitioners we saw there have explained things well. The facilities are clean and the wait time hasn't been too long, though that may have been luck. One visit was just a few minutes before they closed and there was no wait. Our second visit was a Sunday just as it opened. There were probably 9 other families there waiting for the urgent care to open, we were lucky to be 4th in line and were seen in under 15 minutes. One visit
