New Bethel is a place for all of God's people to come and feel welcome and feel the love of Christ that is all around us.
The Rev. Samuel Doak organized the Scots-Irish settlers living in the Forks of the Holston and Watauga rivers into New Bethel Presbyterian Church in 1782. Today, as it has for two centuries, we joyfully welcome all those who come to seek God's blessing, to hear and receive His Holy Word and Sacraments, and to pariticpate in the ministry of our Risen Lord and Savior Jesus Christ.
New Bethel Presbyterian Church is a community of believers who have served God and His people for over 230 years and who continue to seek to know Christ and to make Him known in a fellowship of love, worship, and service.
