New Boundaries Hair Care Salon

A little disappointed in this business. My mother has had her hair done here a couple of times. She travels down from New York because they are the only place she can find and trust to do her hair the way she likes. We have both left multiple messages over the last 6 months to make an appointment. Neither one of us has had any luck with a call back to even say we are closed or no longer open or whatever the case may be. It sucks because she loved the service but we have taken our business elsewhere. Please try to contact your clients back to at least let them know you've received the call. This is poor customer service.

This salon is awesome. The stylist and the woman who prepped me were exceptional. I had an hair emergency Sunday afternoon and the stylist squeezed me in @ 3pm. She was able to do my sew-in for me That came out beautiful. I was so happy with the finished looked and she was able to put all three of my bundles in my little head :

Went to get my hair retwist....this is a place I have been going for years. Since lately she would use my locs to tie the style together. This make it very hard to unloose. I Spoke to her but continued to do so. On yhis particular day I went to get my hair done. The previous braids was still in because of all the knots. Now she is letting me know its $15 to loose the knots out that she place in my hair. It is so ridiculous.

I came as a new customer, Jennifer never showed up to our appointment i set a week in advance. When i called to ask where she was she gave me an attitude and said she didn't care if i waited or not and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and stated we must've of been disconnected she made it clear we weren't and hung up on me again. I was furious as i made this appointment a week ahead of time which wasted my time and left me without the service i needed. Horrible customer service and she obviously doesn't genuinely care about the customer of the business. Spend your hard earned money somewhere more deserving. UPDATE!! 2/25/20 Your comment to my review is completely fabricated and false I’ve never heard of your business beforehand so how could I have cancelled an appt a month prior. Wow the lengths you went to to defend my honest and true review. I hope you have learned a lesson in this and are treating your business with respect now.

Jen is a great stylist. Friendly and makes you feel welcome no matter how busy she gets. You always come out feeling good.

The beautician has no manners. Came in to put money down and she had a nonchalant attitude. Real stupid and ignorant. Update: I said to you I will leave the deposit for Sunday and you as nonchalant as you were simply had your head down, shrugged your shoulders and said “call 5:30pm maybe”. It’s either yes or no if you’re willing to do it or not. You don’t want to, that’s fine. You know I was coming to put the deposit down too because I came in with the card to do it. You saw me. I don’t need to lie to these people. All I’m saying is if you didn’t want to do it, just say that and I would’ve understood. You simply had a I don’t know you, didn’t care attitude. God bless though.

Great styling, intricate designs, and prompt friendly service. With more than reasonable prices. Love this shop!! Bring a pic, or freestyle...they have it all and do it all!!!

Very professional service ,did a excellent job on my sista locks .Many compliments on the upsweep style she designed.Next appointment Saturday can't wait to for my next experience.Oh yeah ,she is fast and very nice !!!
