New Britain High School is a public high school in New Britain, Connecticut, United States, part of New Britain Public Schools. A former coach, Cochran, was responsible for the state rule of not scoring more than 50 points than the other team.Marching bandThe school's marching band is known for its bigger than normal size and level of showmanship on and off the field. The band has traveled up and down the east coast of the United States, playing for three past presidents, the Walt Disney World parade in Florida, halftime performances at New York Giants football games played at Yankee Stadium in the 1960s, Macy's and Independence Day parades, and many more appearances.
