I would give them -0 stars if I could. My job sent me here for a drug test. When I arrived about 830a there was only 1 lady sitting at the desk. She looked away to avoid eye contact so I walked up and asked her if she could help me all I needed was a drug test. She told me she can't help me because she only deals with physical therapy. She told me to have a seat and wait because "they all in a meeting". So I said, ok how long will the meeting last, she told me 15-20 minutes. I sat down and asked the other 3 people that were sitting down also waiting for drug test, how long had they been waiting they said about 20 minutes. It was 830a and they open at 8a ‍‍.

I called 3 times left messages after my job sent me there to get evaluated. Nope. They sent me to a voice mail, transfered me... the point is I ended up going to Concerta in New Britain. It sucks that my 1st interactions is such a poor one, therefore my perception of the place and the people working there equally poor. Sorry just my experience.

Terrible experience with this place. Appointment time was for 1p.m., I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paperwork, at 1:45pm I was still waiting so I went up to the desk, they said it would be another ten minutes. When I was finally called in at 2pm, the lady who did my vision and hearing test was very rude. They also never answer the phone. Would not recommend.

Could not have had a better experience! Every single person from the security guard, front desk, nurse and PA were so incredibly kind and helpful!

Never pick up the phone called 10 times to make appointment rings 4 times then nothing how are they still in business
