I have recently moved here from Texas and wanted to support a small business. I am so glad I found New Castle Discount Pharmacy. They have been wonderful with both my roommates prescriptions and mine. We have saved hundreds of dollars as they always look for ways to save their customers money. Absolutely the best pharmacy. Staff is friendly and efficient. The absolute best pharmacy. They will have your prescriptions filled quickly. I’ve never had to come back later or wait for my medication.
When a big chain like Walgreens gives you the run around and never has anything in stock, and makes you wait for hours, not minutes, hours. Most importantly, has no compassion or understanding. I decided to change and went to New Castle Discount Pharmacy. Best decision I have ever made. They have shown me nothing but love, compassion, understanding, and has never judged me. The best place to get your medicine they deliver and everything they are the nicest kind ppl you will ever meet a few times I didn't have the $ to pay for my meds and they gave them to me anyway and didn't stress Mr about the money I love them and the service switch today!!!!!
Have been with this pharmacy since it opened. They are like a Mom n Pop pharmacy. Everyone from the pharmacist to the employees are very professional n courteous. They know you on a first name basis n make you feel like a person n not a number like these big name pharmacies. Their service is done in a timely manner n treat you like family. I will continue to use New Castle Discount Pharmacy for these reasons.

This little pharmacy is the friendliest and fastest service I have ever used . I have been going here since 2011 and have never been disappointed.Linda , the assistant never forgets my name and always has my prescriptions ready when I get there.
