New China Buffet

This is aluminum foil I almost choked on. When I notified the manager of it he never even offered an apology. He avoided me and my husband and was very rude when we confronted him. The worst customer service I have ever had.

I am not the one to have complaints but Customer service here tonight is poor. We as customers should not have to tell our waitress that we need refills on our soda. Our waitress has not once walked by and stop to ask if we needed anything. Rather than checking on the customer she picked her phone up and was on it instead they must pay employees good here. No tips from me tonight.

Food was very nasty. I'll be happy if we don't end up with food poisoning. For a Chinese buffet, there was more American food than anything. The broccoli was literally tough, like it had been sitting under a heat lamp long enough to become petrified. The fried chicken strips were so tough that 3 of us couldn't even take a bite. You could use the fried fish as a door knocker. I don't know what they did to the baked salmon but the texture was very strange. They had fake crab meat four different ways and none of them were any good. The noodles were rubbery! The French fries, egg rolls and fried wontons were so greasy they would leave grease imprints just from sitting on a napkin. We left just as hungry as when we went in... 2 adults and a toddler cost $34 to "eat" there. Talk about a waste of money... Never ever again.

It was 3 pm when iI arrived which is not a good time to get fresh food at a buffet. The food was not fresh, and I was expecting that, but it didn't have the flavors that was hoping for. They do offer a grill by. I didn't try it. Not a not of selection but the price was below market value. I got what I paid for. Service was excellent.

The food was not fresh and had a "off" taste. Some of the food was not up to temperature as it should be. They made us pay before we were seated to eat. Person/owner? that took our payment was not as friendly as she could have been.

We were driving from Florida to on the way home and decided to stop and eat here. Will say I didn't appreciate the fact that lady didn't even sit us down just ask and wanted payment. The food was cold. One of the worse pkace to eat never again. The lady at the front desk is rude and just sorry

Stopped here on the way back to Atlanta. Should have walked back out when we were the only ones there at 6pm on a Monday. Small selection of ok food. Nothing to brag about. The chicken strips had a strange smell and flavor to the point my fiance wouldn't eat them. Then she found a hair in her food!! After looking at the plate we noticed several hairs in it and told the "waitress". She looked at the hairs in the food and said "yep" and just walked away. No apology or anything. My 14 yr old son brought up the fact that no one cooking or handling food wore a hair net. WILL NOT BE BACK. BELIEVE THE ONE STAR RATINGS.

Me and my husband went there on Friday night of December and by us being hungry we thought we was going to get some good food the chicken on the bar was cold and the rice was dry and hard and when we complained to the waitress about the problem she had an attitude and was like she didn't cook the food get a refund so I looked at my husband and said hell yes get your money back cause this food is not good. The boy at the register that gave my husband the his money back and told him that they was going to fix the problem. To make a long story short we went back there to eat on New Year's Day because my husband wanted to go there and I looked at him and was Iike really do want to go there so we ate there once again. This time it was a rap for me eating there again the food was garbage the rice was hard and dry the variety of meats was garbage and there was not many choices of food to choose from and what get me anybody can work there and cook in their kitchen last time I checked it was suppose to be chinese not Mexicans cooking the food. But to anybody that is looking for some good chinese food do not!! Go there to eat I promise you will be disappointed!!!

We stopped here on our way from Atlanta to Tampa. Really friendly staff and nice clean place. $9.99 for regular buffet and hibachi is a good price by all measures. Definitely recommended.

Food was ok. Waitress opened her mouth where she had no right at all. Me and Andrew went and ate there and Andrew asked me if I wanted a booster or high chair and I said high chair. Well she laughed and left to get our drinks. When she comes back she says.. He's paying for his food atleast let him have the booster seat. Uhmmmm not happy at all with poor service.
