Worst place ever in the history of Chinese restaurants! Not even fit for an animal. Plus no customer service skills what so ever. The meat in every dish I've tried smells and tastes sour. I've even gotten extremely sick from their food. Will never go back
Even if the food was slightly edible it's not I would never go back to this place because of the lady at the desk. She is ALWAYS rude and unfriendly. Absolutely no customer service. She is AWFUL
I have to agree with all the low postings. The prices are high and the food just isn't good. The rice was hard and old......actually thats how just about everything tasted. It was just not good. Not sure what changed or if it's just hit and miss, but back in the day it was better and better priced.Food: 1/5
This place is horrible. The food taste terrible evertime we try it out. The fried rice is so dry and old tasting. The general TSO chicken has no chicken in it literally all batter breading. The lady at the counter super rude and she is always right and will not remake your food or refund you. And if u don't watch carefully she adds a couple dollars to the total caught her twice
Me and my husband love Chinese food. Its very hard for us to not like takeout places like these but for the first time, in my experience, this is the worst Chinese food we've ever had. 2 meals with fried rice which they put in as a side instead of exchanging the plain and ended up charging us for it...why do we need that much rice??? and the one order of cream cheese wontons that unfortunately is $10 for 6 pcs-$47. Thats how much we pay for a nice sit down restaurant not a to go food. There was more batter than meat in my meal and the sweet and sour sauce was literally just water with food coloring. My husband was just not pleased at all, and he loves chinese food more than me and im the asian one here. Im sorry but, if this business has no passion in serving or trying.. theres got to be something else that business is good for. Not food though.
Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had! The fried rice taste like cardboard and dry. We had 3 different meats … including orange chicken , sesame chicken and magnolia beef. It was dry , hard and had awful sauce. The wonton soup was even gross. The only thing I enjoyed was the spring rolls. Waste of money . Don’t do it.
I used to love this place. BUT NOW the quality of the food is terrible $9.32 for an order of 6 fried dumplings, and they are literally frozen potstickers from the store. I was so disappointed in my entire order that came to $42.00 for a small fried rice, 6 fried dumplings and a egg drop soup.
My wife and I felt like getting some Chinese and we spent $50 on two entrees and a hot & sour soup. The soup had very little flavor and the kung pao beef peanut had about 4 peanuts, and 3/4 of the dish consisted of carrots! There was very little sauce, and the sauce we had was terrible. The next entrée was orange-flavored beef and it was very chewy and I had to spit it out. The sauce was terrible and had very little flavor. I am very unsatisfied with this restaurant, and it was a huge waste of money. Would not recommend; Great Wall is SO much better.
Servings to dollar price do not match. I ordered extra shrimp to get a total of 8 pieces
Just just the worst place to get food! The lady is so rude! And they don’t give receipts at all. You can get a hand written receipt. Which is fine, but why be so rude about it.
