I feel in love with their videos on Facebook. I reached out to inquire about color services and was given a consultation and loved Miss Karla. She did an amazing job on my second appointment. I love how the staff is so friendly and just love the atmosphere as soon as you walk in. Definitely found a salon for my hair needs. *update* schedule appointment for kids haircut and love the attention and detail they do in every client. They treated my girls like princesses. Really love their atmosphere and kindness.

I definitely recommend this place for any girls out there needing a hair coloring or any other hair services! New Concept Beauty Salon exceeded my expectations. Sylvia did an amazing job, she communicated with me the whole time about what she was doing and assured me which was nice because I’ve had anxiety about butchered haircuts in the past. She offered complimentary drinks and snacks during my appointment. Not only was she making sure I was having a good experience but every other client in the salon. I’m very disappointed with this place. By looking at their work I thought they would do a great job with my hair, total opposite!! I went to get a balayage like two weeks ago and Veronica did my hair. The first thing I told her was I did not want yellowish color on my hair, since I’ve had bad experiences in the past, I always make sure I tell them that first. My hair on the bottom was already bleached and I loved the color I had a ashy color. I just needed a retouch since my roots had grown more than 4 inches. I was there 7 hours and then once she was done she was very honest and told me that the top part didn’t get a good color and looked yellow. After being there for 7 hours I was already annoyed and she told me she could put a dark base color to cover that yellowish part, I agreed. Later 1 week and half the base washed out and now my top hair color looks yellow/ orange. It looks disgusting!!! I then decided to call them and let them know of the situation and ask them to provide me a quote to get this resolve. They told me a week ago they would call me back for a quote and never called me back. Now I decided to call them today again and get a quote of 165$ same price I paid at the beginning. I understand it is a process but I’ve already been to too many different stylist and they are able to get the job done in one session and in case I need a second session they definitely don’t charge me the same amount I paid the first time. Beside that only good thing I can say is the ladies were all nice and attentive. I’m very sorry I have to write a bad review but I’m not satisfied with the services I’ve received . And about the price I don’t have an issue because it’s very decent compare to other places but paying that amount of money for a second session it doesn’t make sense to me, paying and then for my hair to come out the same yellowish color. Not risking it!!!! Now I have to pay again to get my hair done somewhere else.

Critical: Professionalism, Value I wanted to be a golden blonde from the root , i was charged 375.00 for 19in of hair when half was already blonde . I was bleached then set a toner then set a golden paint all around , ok , color was ok. My issue was no dimension . I go back 2 weeks later & ,sylvia owner was understanding of my unhappiness with the job so simple and did not charge which was appriciated . Well i shouldint have even gone back. i end up w dark roots . I DID NOT WANT DARK ROOTS. Thats why i paid 375. To be a blonde from the root!!! ***LUSERO ***Did NOT customize my desires to what she knows what to do which is baylages. Thats her specialty. She is NOT a blonde expert. She does good highlights . But a full BLONDE ?! never again. My hair is ruined and 375$ to end up how i started . With DARK ROOTS.

This place is just horrible. The owners daughter did my hair....I asked for some simple highlights and showed her a couple of pics, she glanced at them once without taking her time. Long story short 3 different people went in to do my hair at the same time while they chatted with friends. The owners daughter took me in without looking at the time... When she realized it was almost closing time they just didn't give a rate ass about the outcome or process. My hair came out so brassy and orange it was horrible. She didn't apologize and told me to go home and see if I liked it later. Just bad bad! Please stay away and save your money!!
