Jenna made it really easy to go over the charges when she called. I dropped off using the night drop and it was easy. The person who showed me the car was also really great and accommodating to my questions for my trip. She told me her name but I don't remember. The manager also reached out which I thought was thoughtful. It was easy to just text back instead of calling. I prefer that. I also loved that I could book online.

The only place in Carson city to get a rental car so I thought it would be very expensive. To my surprise, they had the size car I wanted and the price was reasonable. The staff was friendly and very helpful at both pickup and drop-off.  Now all I have to do is check my next bank statement to see if they returned my deposit. Overall a good experience.

Amazing service. And actual care for their customers. I met mostly with Kyle and Ben and they got me in a rental that suited my specific needs the same day I called. They worked with my insurance and made sure everything was covered and even called me when my coverage ran out BEFORE MY INSURANCE DID. They really saved my butt and went out of their way time and time again to help me out and work with me. Thank you so much to those two specifically! If I ever need a rental again I'm going to THIS enterprise

This is the second time we have used this location. The checkout experience is quick and can be done in less than 3 minutes. The chicken experience is also quick and can be done in as little as 3 minutes. It seems they know what they're doing to make it an ease for renting a car getting in and out. The only downside is I think sometimes they rush cleaning the vehicles and they could be a little cleaner. Definitely would use this location again.

Enterprise is fast, easy great cars. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. Joel is great !!! Thumbs up for all staff making my life that much easier!!!  Also special thanks  to Sondra and Ben!!!!Love you Enterprise Rent-A-Car Carson City!!!

The Carson City, NV staff at Enterprise are always so great.  They acknowledge you when you walk in the door and politely let you know it will be a minute or two to get to you.

The staff was very helpful and friendly.  The car was amazing and the price was great.
