Under new management, and a 100% different place. My time with Jen was amazing. She is an expert in her field, takes pride in what she does, and follows through until everything is perfect. I could not ask for a better experience. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I came to NEOPS for a pavlik harness for my child and was extremely satisfied with my experience. Doctor Jennifer was very patient and answered all of my questions and concerns. Paola, the admin, was very kind and extremely helpful with the insurance process. Truly an amazing staff over all. 5/5 service
Whatever you do, don't go here! Is it possible to leave 0 stars? NEOPS in White Plains made us a TLSO brace for our son, which doesn't work and gave him a minimal correction for his scoliosis even though we went back like 6 times for adjustments. We already have to get a new one from another vendor 5 months later. NEOPS White Plains charged close to $8,000 which is more than 5 times the amount of the new vendor will be charging us for a brace. AND, the representative/facility manager we used left and never told us he was leaving to make matters worse. No one is being held accountable and no one is calling me back to get or 50% deposit back. Truly heartbreaking for our child and our bank account. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
It is terrible here. I recently went there September 21,2021 and they already deactivated my account without telling me. I have orthotics to pick up and have paid more than half of it for it but when I called two days ago so that I can pay the remainder and pick it up they first told me they didn’t see it and then told me someone picked it up in November. It is ridiculous! I spoke to them multiple times saying I will let them know when I am coming in since I have no ride there and their location is a bit far for me. I DO NOT recommend this place. I am trying to get my money back since they “lost” my orthotics. I had even called them in February to let them know I will call them back so if they gave it away in November why would they not tell me?
so awful- the woman answering the phone is rude abrupt and unprofessional. My daughter went to her appointment for an ACL brace and while getting out of the cab they called and cancelled the appointment. After several weeks trying to get an appointment and never getting returned calls - I would suggest the Stamford office. The people are lovely. Between the front desk and the manager the white plains office is complete circle jerk and waste of time. My daughter spent almost $20 on cab fare and it was a waste of time.
Terrible, they need not to make excuses, be at work on time, and give great customer service. After a 45 minute drive, and getting to the office early. I had to leave empty handed. I am giving similar complaint to CIGNA.
