Came here while on vacation.  New Era Flag Ship Store.  Many hats to choose from... Staff was friendly and accomadating. You can personalize your hats. Which is A nice option.  I felt being a flag ship store it would make a statement. For me it was underwhelming...  I felt mall stores had about the same inventory or more. DJ and the team at this store bring creative and unique New Era hats to the forefront of the industry.  Buffalo's best kept secret, but not for long!  My favorite hat store in North America!

Small shop with hats and apparel with many teams represented.   It would have been nice if they had more historical or display items being it was the global headquarters but the guy working was extremely nice and my daughter found a cubs hat that we had never seen before.

Great place to find a new quality hat. They can customize the hats on site as well. A bit of a small store but there are plenty of hats. Unfortunately they do not carry buffalo bandits memorabilia but over all a good stop.

Your CEO tries to assault someone in his car and the case is dropped because of his standing in the community. That’s complete garbage and I will not support your business any longer.

Had an issue with an online order and it seems nobody knows anything. Guy who answered the phone today at June 10, 2022 at 11:20am CST is totally clueless and unhelpful.  I placed an online order for 3 hats over $150!!, hats where shipped took a week to receive despite paying for express shipping. Furthermore, hats were sent with price tags WAY cheaper than what I was invoiced.  I've tried numerous times to call, nobody answers. I get referred to email, nobody responds. Never had I felt so disregarded!

The only store to get your caps. Always the best selection, and they will form your brim. Crisp fantastic hats for any occasion!!

Found the Hat I wanted it was a little small but they had the stretcher machine there that stretched it just a little bit and it fits perfect the customer service was wonderful and very knowledgeable

Cool store. Very nice sales people. Huge selection and even a ton of unique fun stuff. Definitely worth checking out.
