Needed a lock replaced after a recent fire. Tried other locksmith first and after 3 days of no one showing up., I called New Hartford Safe and Lock. They made time to come over and even keyed the lock with the same keys we already had. Highly recommend..

What a wonderful business owned by a young man who makes Utica proud. My cousin recommended the business because she had the owner as a high school student, years ago. He helped with a lock issue at both my house and my sister's and came to my rescue me when I was locked out as well. He was professional, knew a great deal about old locks, and charged me a reasonable rate to do a lot of work. If you need a locksmith, I highly recommend New Hartford Safe & Lock Company.
Great prices but never answers his phone and it's his personal cell number. You leave a message and two- three days later he calls you back and by that time you've already got a key made or cut by a legitimate store
