We had our cat spayed and she came out very well. I would recommend New Hope Clinic to everyone. Thank you so much everyone there.
Compassionate people work here. Very good service and half the price of your local vet.
New Hope Clinic was a Godsend to have my 5mo mini schnauzer spayed. This place is as clean as it gets. I had to ask where they kept the animals because there is literally NO SMELL. Not knowing what to expect because of pricing, I was prepared to leave if it looked shady. So not the case. Cute little clinic with a wonderful staff. The lady in the front office is a true gem who reminds you of your favorite neighbor who really cares. She made this experience extra easy and pleasing. An added BONUS, we got rabies, other shots included in the cost. I did get the micro chip for $20 and the circle collar for $15. So all of this cost me less than $240. Very budget friendly. Conveniently located, easy check in/out. No complaints here, just a heart full of thanks. Thanks New Hope!
I used this facility twice to have feral cats neutered. All went very well! Thanks to the low cost package neutering procedure, I was able to afford going ahead with this. I found the facility to be clean and the staff very caring and helpful in regards to the animals. The pick up is done as a group, that's how they have to do it. But if it's my second time there with a feral within two weeks, I think I could by-pass the group instructions for post-op care. Not a big deal, the staff is very pleasant!
I recently rescued a mini schnauzer/poodle mix and was looking for an affordable spay/neuter clinic. I have a regular vet but the hospital used was quite expensive. Adopting is not cheap because you donate to the shelter, do all the necessary shots, treat any conditions that your dog/puppy might have and then you find that the cost of spaying/neutering is quite high. I find New Hope Clinic online and called. Everyone was very helpful and polite and I brought my dog there. They do have particular drop off and pick up times but again, everyone was great, good explanations of what owners should do before and after surgery. Very friendly and professional. It is a non profit group that provides affordable prices for spay/neuter with vets there three days a week. Not a full service vet but you can get shots there as well. Thanks to all for taking such good care of my new puppy and making it so affordable. Dolores M.
Was a little weary at first, but the staff was so friendly and they are so affordable. Brought my 5 year old dog to get neutered and get his shots, and was worried because he was on the older side but he did great and they took great care of him!!! Highly recommend!! I loved them so much that I was ok with being on the waitlist for about a month and a half to get my new cat of 8 months spayed and get her shots there.
Not the place to go if you have a pet that needs more time to adjust to their surroundings. We felt incredibly rushed through the process and waited over an hour in the morning, just to get a call 2 hours later to say that we needed to pick him up with no surgery being done. If your pet is standoffish or requires more attention, I would say invest in going to your vet where they won’t be treated as just another number for a lower cost. I’m sure the staff handles the majority of the animals they see very well, but they can’t expect every 5 or 6 month old puppy to be comfortable in an unknown place with unknown people without getting acclimated beforehand.
Excellent service and quality care. This non-profit provided neutering for my cat...inexpensive and truly caring atmosphere. In at 7 am and out by 4 pm all first shots and neutering and my cat is healthy and happy. Encourage everyone to support this cause.
Low cost spay/neuter clinic that charges by weight of the animal. Only open a few days of the week, but very helpful in providing the information you need for aftercare of your pet. Upon my visit we were informed that there will be a health clinic as well as the spay/neuter available a few days of the week starting soon. Low cost, friendly, knowledgeable. Do the world a favor and prevent overpopulation, spay and neuter your pets.
