Wonderful place to learn about many of New Jersey's regional birds and native plants. The grounds are full of many bird species, and there are many program offerings to interest almost everyone. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful, making the experience very positive. Highly recommend.
Building closed due to COVID. Walked on the grounds, where they have modest trails ~ .25 - .3 mi. Mainly a meh experience as the grounds have been neglected. Didn't see or hear many birds either. The wood turtle protective nesting area were without turtles.
Great place to see various small to mid sized birds. Staff at NJ Audubon is not only knowledgeable but also very friendly.
I love coming to the Visitor Center here. The NJ Audubon is a super active chapter of the Audubon Society, and they organize plenty of events to help raise awareness and support for conservation. And they have a lot of neat trails and programs right at the center. I'm proud to be a supporting monthly member!
Amazing new website to match the amazing mission, work and magic of NJ Audubon. Check it out then get involved!
